If you send for bike for scrap by yourself, you can dismentle
and keep most of the thing, but you have to bring it there and pay
$40 (?). Then you will given a "letter" to deregistered the
bike.
If the bike has totally no value, just give to the bike shop, they
will scrap for you, but they will dismentle the bike and take the
spare parts.
