Bandit or Super4 better?

my fren got his 2A liao, deciding whether to buy bandit or superfour.
anyone into these bikes??

Super better. cos with the VTEC Engine Technology.
they are two versions. but remember to get the one with VTEC. if not no point getting super four.

honda calls their variable valve timing technology VTEC. suzuki bandits are equipped with something similar, called VV or VVT, i'm not really sure, but such bandits can be identified by the red cylinder block cover.

bandits have fully adjustable suspensions, not sure about the S4s. certain ver S S4s and 50th anniversary ver S have brembo front brakes, and i think that's really cool.

if your friend is into naked streetfighters, has he considered the yamaha XJR400? ohlins rear shocks, brembo pumps and R1 (dunno what brand) calipers. there's also the ducati monster 400 as well.

if he's willing to sacrifice a little top end for better fuel economy, a hornet 250 would do nicely as well. i guess he can't go wrong buying a honda...

but price wise bandit more worth it if ur gonna upgrade later

but the downside is to find a bandit in a good condition is quite hard alreadi
unless ur friend dun mind to fork out xtra a bit the make the bike back to tip top
but one thing is i believe dat a bandit cant lose to s4

but s4 vtec another story la..coz if vtec lose to the gsf den honda realli should go and think wats the vtec for alreadi Very Happy

anyways ur friend juz wan a kata cia or wat?
if he wans nice lookin monster s4 is perfect
juz a kata bandit...i juz feel dat the s4 is for ppl whu have xtra money and dun wan a bandit coz of its age but den again ppl have diff views rite?

he planning to get class2 bike, thats y not willing to spend too much on 2A bike… therefore a bandit wil do. but normally i see uncles riding bandits with boxes wan, seldom see youngster riding… maybe u r rite, must spend abit to improve the outlook of the bandit, so that its look appealing

lolxx no la mi dun ride bandit one but when get 2a it'l b one of the bikes i aim

me oso thinking of taking my 2A lessons so that i can change to
either super4 or bandit...

but heard form my frien is REALY hard to get a bandit whose condition is good....
he told me that bandits(becoz its old bike) haf loads of problems...

but again its his views only ya....i think u haf to see the condition of the bike when u buy..

do note tat there is 2 version of bandit, normally no plate b4 FM are the older version which are normally either in bad condition or had oil seal problem. any no plate frm FM onwards are the newer version which is like s4 had better pwr and maintence, and it look better too….

i believe ubi is chaging their 2a bikes to XJR soon, saw one on test if i m not wrong

there's this s4 lookalike called impulse. suzuki one.

dunno wat plate, dunno good or bad, dunno cost how much.

but look 90% like s4. coz my neighbor used to ride one, then when he change to s4 liao, i oso nvr notice, coz look almost alike.

if u like 2strokers..get a LC 350 … theres some fun to the damm old bike but too bad it drinks petrol

den now come to 400's monster and jap's s4 or bandit..... so wat s lastin abt them dat makes the monster not lasting at all??
it all runs down to how u take care of ur bike...love it and it will love u back ......mistreat it and it will pay u back 2 times the way u treat it

hi.. I think a moster i more cost saving than a S4 in terms of maintainence...
engine oil only 2 n a half bottles.
and only need 2 spark plugs rather than a super 4, 4 plugs n 4 bottles of oil.. Mr. Green

i saw this bike in my school.. not bad looking.. very few of this bike i think.. those who want to be special can consider..
bike sounds better also.. S4 always got the loose chain sound.. something which i don't like about S4..
