Buy bike see original paintwork, check for scratches then talk about price. If got scratches can ask for lower price, no scratches the owner can say this bike never even fall b4 then more value lor. Motordiam say one lah. But everyone know they got lots of crap Some people more fussy mah. See never buang b4 they buy already more happy mah
