Phantom 200 Accessory

Hi there, I just bought my phantom 200. Got installed a rear box (Givi) and two Givi side boxes (new model, silver top). Any idea out there wat other accessory I can buy to ‘please’ my bike. Where to get it?

-get a crash bar at ard 60-85 at ahboy
-windshield at ard 65-110 at ahboy
-change both the footpegs of rider n pillion at 55apair
-change the throttle grips at 30-40
-get a headlight 'cap' at ard 5-10
-fix an 'eagle head' on the front wheel mud guard
etc etc etc

why don't want Q plate one?
phantom 150 should be more than 4500. Q and R plate phantom better i think cause no power cut and bike is heavier.
look out for the pipe there. got scratches means fall b4. listen to the engine. shouldn't be loud cause phantom engine quite soft. see fuel tank and signal light for scratches.

does anyone know whether the K&N power airfilter can install on phantom anot?

Does the power-cut make a big difference? How much? How much for a FQ/R plate? Also, whats the price for a FS/T plate? Anyone selling? Thanx!

the power cut can feel one. cut almost 1/4. FQ/R plate should cost around 3k+ but not more than 3.5k. my FQ bought last dec already 3.7k.
so now should be around that price.
for FS/T should be around 4k to 4.5k.

check fri, sat and sun classified. got a few i saw last week. 1st party is around 600 for mitsui. 2nd party i think not applicable to phantom cause less than 5 yrs old.

wau lau mine FQ bought for 4500..damn i tot its cheap. wats the difference btwn FQ and FR/S/T?? Mine i bought still in good condition.

btw what is the difference btwn 1st and 2nd party insurances?? im using 1st party liao quite ex..Wanna change.

Hi Shah, ur FQ petrol tank phantom label issit in sticker form or 3D metal form?
If is sticker form, that means ur bike MAY be more powerful than the metal one.. cos these r the old batch of phantom which doesnt got powercut, this i heard from many frens... i tink top can reach more than 160, mine is FS top onli 150-160... Smile

u r rite, 1st party is indeed more expensive, but if u realli wanna budget on insurance, i suggest u can downgrade to either 2nd or 3rd party, cos its definitely cheaper, onli ard 250-400 (depending on condition) but one word of warning, once ur insurance is downgraded, u cannot upgrade it anymore, that means once u change to 2nd party, u cannot change to 1st party when u sell ur bike off... hahah for me, i choose the most cheapest one, KNN the bike shop do for me, never even tell me its 3rd party! although now i abit regret, but nvm lar, jus be SAFE ALWAYS can oredi...

I've got a prob... my TA150 can only hit 120 at full trottle...but the pick up is there... mine's a FR plate.. wat could be wrong??? Sad

did u try holding on longer?
for phantom150, pickup is steady until 100, then slowly until 110, once above 110 should be accelerating quite fast til max speed...

did u change ur sprockets to bigger size?

no its running on original sprockets and chain... I drag quite long already tested on m'sia road... u said once over 110 the speed increases quite fast to top speed... does tt mean tt the valve open at abt 110? If tts the case maybe my valve jammed... cos the speedo stucks at 120.

not confirmed is valve jammed ar... cos valve doesnt open so late one... i tink ur bike long long time no service liao... maybe u can check with the mech 1st b4 doin anything that costs money....

did u try even more? the theory is either FQ FR models or sticker label phantoms w/o power cut...
urs is FS how come stil got sticker leh? i oso saw a FR with 3D wan... seems confusing leh..
but nevertheless, the top end is not so impt, powercutless phantom do pickup much faster than powercut one!
