my brother met with an acident last yr in april. it was the
driver's fault. managed to claim up to 6k. The driver's insurance
company will pay for everything(if its the client's fault) bike
repairs,lost of use,hospitalisation fees,lost of job, lost of
income,permanent use of body parts or wadever and lastly...cost of
being traumatized...cheers.~
