RS250 FOR SALE?

Let me tell u something... 250cc bike is not easy to maintain... If u want a cheap 250cc & easy to maintain than i advice u to get something else... In this world, nothing is free & if it's free... Something is wrong somewhere... From the way u post, i can see that u're someone who wants performance but dun want to spend a single cent type... 250cc is a very sensitive bike... If u want it to perform, than u'll have a price to pay... If there's a problem somewhere & u want to save that little $ than u might end up paying even more than what u expected...

ppl sell cheap sure got reason one.
1) must repair, so sell cheaper to offset the repair costs.
2) insurance ending, ditto.

people buy RS250 for abt $5k, also had to spend ard $1.5k to touch up..

haha.. since you want a CHEAPER BIKE.. please, i advise u to prepare $4k to repair it..

yah... new RS125 about $12k plus (i could be wrong) FS plate selling in motordiam for $6k. imagine the owner get how much back? same for cagiva. buy sure lose money lor.. but a pleasure to ride...

New pistons($440), new valve($220), new pilot sport rear tyre($240), new RK chain($80), new LCD display($400+), new second party insurance($326), full arrow system warp wif chrome steel($600), single seater($120), new MRA dbl bubble windshield($120), new boyesen reed valve($100+), nice number... Bought the bike for $6K + do-up(modification & overhaul) another $2k+... Total add up to almost $9k... How much can u offer than?

1 more thing, RS250 uses 2 carb rite? What carb it is using? Can view the bike? I willing to offer 6.5k in it is in good condition.Tell u the truth, i'm willing to spend 7k for this bike. So i'll pay u the difference after minusing the respary,overhual,replacement of worn parts,transfer fees etc.
