Exceed 40km, below 50km, the penalty is as follows:
COURT (once go court minimum $500)
Fine (Should be $500 for 1st time offender)
12 demerit points.
Oh yah, also to add, you WILL NOT get Kantong for exceeding 40km/h.
It's 60km/h, then straight Kantong, so don't worry.
