I dunno which issurance company u are talking abt but I know theres a China Insurrances agent at upper Thomson Rd and Mutsui Insurance agent near Lim Ah Boy.

i was at evershine motors last wk, the distributor of kawa, they call up mitsui n ntuc in front of me

n quote me for new p plate rider buying new krr,

mitsui quote them 1.3k
ntuc quote 1.1k

so actually the rumour is that accurate, i think this policy onli subjected to certain underwriting agents

just went down to their office today. they do cover 3rd party, but must have at least 1 year riding experience or else they won't accept. abt $144 for a rider above 21yrs old. Mitsui still covers 3rd party without riding experience. Abt $148 for above 21 yrs old.
