Hornet1939 SG Just started riding the bike??? Instead og kicking up from gear 1, try stepping down from gear 2. And, rem to rev ur throttle a bit.

lanxx SG Did you set your clutch too close? try to loosen it, it happened to my phantom and aprilia when I set it too near, very difficult to kick to netural gear.
fp2075r SG dun jump into conclusions first maybe is juz ur engine oil too long never change. either that or maybe added to little or too much oil. juz go for a oil change and make sure the amt of oil added is correct.

SPC SG Actually, just change oil.Done only 1000km. Last time usuing ESSO fully syn nothing wrong. Changed to Mobil fully syn then problem start. Also tried to rev and kick down from 2nd gear.Still gear feels very tight.
tOngEh SG if u change ur engine oil u must c ur wat type is ur oil, if u use 10w 50 its compund is light therefore u got trouble swicthing to neutral but its not a pro u need to rev abit then change to neutral.becos 10w is mean for high rev meaning when u go fast around 7000 it is smoother.but if u use engine of 15w 50 it is more easy to change to neutral. try that either u choose a engine oil that works better on high rev or low rev.no engine is gd for both...... ------------------ tOngEh A good rider is one who can live long enough to ride another day.
fp2075r SG ehh u use mobil 1 iggit?? according to a very realiable source is a very thin oil so it makes the engine feel rougher but actuall is protecting the engine very well.
nismoS132 SG er no leh... actually the 10w50 meaning is the viscosity (thickness) of the oil in at temperatures. W stands for winter, 10 means the oil's viscosity is at 10 at 0 degrees celsius. 50 means the oil's viscosity is at 50 at 100 degrees celsius. basically leh, in SG, can ignore the 10, coz SG will nvr have 0 degree weather. and 50 is better than 40, 75 better than 50 etc. coz thicker, so can protect engine more mai siao siao, me now sell 2t n 4t liao ------------------ vroom... pissssssssh... chik chik... vrooooooooooooooooooooooom tingtingtingtingtingtingtingtingtingtingtingtingtingting
tOngEh SG ya lah it also means the smaller the number infront of w the harder u gotta kick to neutral.im using 15w50 leh.....also hard to kick to neutral so a higher temp is needed to enable to kick easily. repsol got 5w50 4T also u go try lah,i thini that its too light for any machine. ------------------ tOngEh A good rider is one who can live long enough to ride another day.
