I wouldn't buy it if I were you.
It's heavy (with electric starter) and underpowered
(4-stroke).
This means your acceleration is slow, braking distance also much
more than other bikes. Cannot move fast, cannot brake fast, you
think it's a good bike?
I had a friend who buang riding a daystar on AYE.
on top of that, a second-hand phantom costs about only 4k+; the
remaining 1k you can respray, change tires, etc some more...
