THREE men suffered minor injuries when a police patrol car collided
with a motorcycle yesterday morning at the junction of Woodlands
Avenue 1 and Woodlands Street 32.
The motorcycle became lodged underneath the front of the patrol car
in the crash, which happened shortly after 9 am. A traffic light
was also knocked over.
The men on the motorcycle and two male police officers were taken
to Tan Tock Seng Hospital for examination.
One officer suffered a minor injury on his forehead. The two
motorcycle riders, though showing no visible signs of injury,
complained of chest pains.
A police spokesman said the officers were responding to a case when
the accident happened.
