Nope, sometimes ppl don't know that there's a camera there. The
main purpose, I feel, is still to ensure that they do not pass the
second sensor and not so much of judging their speed. If you're
talking about speed, then, if you're travelling at a fast speed,
you can easily get past the junction in time. This would mean that
their efforts to curb speeding using this method somehow
redundant.
