Question:

My RTT expires on the 29th March 2002. Let's say my TP Test on Feb, I fail.... and I book for the next TP (re)Test after my RTT expires how? But my PDL is still valid, so must I actually retake my RTT again?

Nope, I don’t believe so.. just go to the TP counter and extend your PDL loh.. no need to produce a valid RTT while doing so.

Oh, thanks… the RTT is attached to my booklet behind… going for practical 7 on the 28th this month….

eh but if i'm not wrong, your RTT is not valid for life right? i think after a certain period of time (one year or two years) upon obtaining your RTT, you'll need to renew it i think. not sure, hope the lao-jiaos here can help...

RTT is valid for 1 year then PDL is valid for 6 months. If your PDL expire but RTT still valid, you still can renew your PDL. But if your RTT expire already, you must retake RTT cos RTT cannot be renewed. If I not wrong.

That’s what I thought also, but if I still have my PDL, does it mean that I dun have to retake my RTT?

i think you still need to retake ur RTT. during TP they got check your RTT one leh.
