agree ... I do that too ... 
One day spend additional 60 cents is quite reasonable, better than
illegally park your bike. If the residence(owner) don't like it,
they can purposely push your bike till drop or scratch your
fairing...
If someone park his bike/car in front of your house ... will you
feel "itchy"? Well, I feel it .. a little bit ...
