transfer fees

hi all,
just wanted to know,usually when selling bike privately,the buyer is always the one who settles all the transfer fees,and not the owner rite?
also,there are only 2 places that the owner and buyer needs to go to settle it...the LTA and the insurance company?

Either you absorb the transfer fees or the buyer pays for it. You have to work a deal with the buyer. Yes, but if lazy, ask motor diam to do all, but pay admin charges lah
