why nowaday insurence so expensive my brother just passed n i
want to transfer his name on the insurence that cost a whopping
$200 because he is P plate,$100 more for his loading fees and that
not include the insurence itselt,why tell mi why?and china dont
insure below 21!!Now very hard for below 21 to ride bike.jaiz!!
