ah_tee SG u n ur friend license will be at risk of kantong, not fine only, riding without insurance coverage is serious...
TZR SG Hi Hi!! Welcome!!! hehehe Err the penalty is make u take out ur underwear, wear it on your head and run takashimaya 3 rounds. LoLz... no lah, joking nia, u don mind one right??? Ok serious, if u get caught riding without insurance, U and Your friend, BOTH will be KAN TONG. Other words, it means ur friend's licence will be reovoked, and u will be revoked from taking TP also. And banned to take licence for a period. The perioud depends, but normally 1 year like that. And the fine can up to $1000.
