Intruder LC125 vs Phantom 200, comments pls?

HI! I’ve taken out daystar 125 from my list from the advices of TZR & Roger and u guys, Thanks! However, I ‘ve added Intruder LC125 into my list with Phantom 200, the shop owner told me the power are about the same as 200, and everything is better because the Intruder is 100% made in Japan and has 2 piston & better resale value. I would like to know the pickup power and top speed of these 2 bikes. Please advice. Thanks!!

if u like a heavy bike, get the intruder. it weighs a lot for a 125cc bike because of the engine components. a heavy bike is good because it provides more stability. the finish tends to be better cos it is from japan.

the phantom 200 is the latest model from honda. they take the cbx 200 strada (road bike)engine and put it in a chopper chassis.

i would suggest you go for the 200cc bike since it has more torque and power than the intruder.

however note that the phantom's paintwork and chrome tends to be of average quality. if cosmectics are of importance to you, try not to ride it in the rain.

chopper bikes all = no power/speed.
phantom150 best lah for chopper, but if u dun wan style over substance.. shadow125 lor, suzuki got 1 i remember damn small, dunno izzit call intruder or not.

if u can tahan TZM, SP, Aprillia or even a RXZ zoom past u, u go get the phantom 200

IMHO phantom 150 is a much better bike
kick start, no worry when battery is dead
eat 2T like a snail, i only top up mine every 3 months and halfway only
full tank can go 200km plus if u dun always ram

very good starter bike but need to change the stock tyres, they sucks big time

Because last time i always vroom vroom my cbr400rr, license kantong liao, very sway, now must go thru' every thing again. So now must kia su a bit, ride a slow slow bike, so very safe, if u want to go fast, go JB n u r safe, if caught, juz p.a.p., 200km/hr is it fast enough? yap! that was my speed!! or your license oso fast fast kantong!!! btw how to put that faces in the message????

Actually the 2T is not like some 3month or one month topup thing...depends on how much distance it went....but if you can clock 2000 km per month, u need more liao....That is for my case..somemore i speed alot. by the way...did you try change the handlebar to big ones? I changed mine..when travelling at 140km/h...the bike is alot more stable..makes you wana go higher...
