That road is called "East Parameter Road" u can check it out on
the street directory. Its just ahead of Changi Village. That
stretch can try top speed and can maintain at top speed for quite
sometime. But dangerous lah, 2 lanes up and 2 lanes down, no
barriers.
and for your question, u should decrease speed. When other vehicles
try to overtake u, u should decrease speed to let them overtake
smoothly. U should practice "give way" manner on the road. If u
increase speed, this shows that u are purposely not letting the
vehicle to overtake u, and thus u are not showing "Give way"
manner. They have the priority to overtake u is becoz that u are in
the innner lane, and only outer lanes are allowed to
overtake.
