Ah_Eng.....How much downpayment are u putting down??? Cos if downpayment low, then you'll have to take a high loan...meaning high monthly installment! I think you are abit too late
now the pricing all went up liao
for the last 3 month, due to $101 COE, PQP was super cheap
I bought my Sunny during that period for $38k.

Regarding dealers, Kwang Chun at West Coast Car Mart.. their price may be abit higher but their cars are relatively problem free.

I think as different Dealers got different car on hand, Maybe it is a better idea for your to zoom into a car which you like(in my case was civic or presea but due to lobang so got sunny instead).
Searched for at least 1 1/2 months before finding this baby!
My advice is choose a target then visit all the carmart to find beautiful one... NOT EXTERIOR... a coat of paint is cheap compared to having to overhaul the engine soon. A COE car average should have ard 200k mileage... IF it has more than 250k... it is a badly worn out car... most probably alot of things to replace.

For my case... My downpayment was 10k and i am paying ard $450 per month installment.

Before i bought this Sunny... i wanted a civic too... For 30k you can get only get a end 93 civic esi which means 2 year left. The parf value is $15,000+ which means it is around 7k dep per annum.

IF the car has 3 years of life left.. The longest installment allowed is 2 1/2 years

Regarding your last question...
Parking is $55 per month
Roadtax is $1098 per year
Insurance is $450 per year(NTUC comprehensive 1st party insurance with 50% NCP)
Petrol depends... Usually range from 200-300 per month.
Every 10k mileage must go servicing once($98 for Caltex fully synthetic)
