Basically, to learn riding and get the license, you need to enrol
yourself with one of the Driving Centre.

BBDC has its own website on the Internet. You can browse at this

For enrolment, you need your IC, and 2 photos, plus around $100 for
the registration and membership.
There will be 5 Theory lessons followed by an evaluation test, and
then the final test called the RTT (Riding Theory Test).
While you are taking your 5 Theory lessons, you can also go for
your 4 practical lessons concurrently. Then comes your circuit
evaluation test.
After your practical lessons and passing your theory test (RTT),
you can go and book for your PDL (Provisional Driving License). You
need this PDL because you will be practicing on the road.
That's basically for starters. I am sure you will get to know more
once you enrol and get the lessons going.
Before you plunge straight into enjoying the ride, I hope you are
already mentally prepared that a rider is at more risk than any
