hmm i see i see, aiyah, ok lah this kinda thing. Its depends on
how your troupe or shi fu organise the things.
For my Fo XIn, my shi fu is all MONKS, pure MONKS, wear the shaolin
monk uniform one, botak with 6 dots on heads one, but very fun one,
and all are very united. We all play in other countries like
Taiwan, malaysia. All very fun one. And our headquarters, *nest*
fully air-con and got bed lah, locker lah, damn fucking BIG TV lah,
sound systems lah, drinks makan lah, playstation oso have~ All
after training enjoy tok kok go here and there pay around. But
tiring lah. But sometimes quarrel and stuffs liek that sure have
lah, but in the end oso sua sua ke liao~ hahaa
So overall we think its ok lah, we quit is becoz we all are BZ with
own things like that, and very less $$ hehe 
Like some
troupes hor, u go there for few months still learn nothing, nobody
wanna care abt u, nobody teach u things, u just go there calafare,
and like extra. But my Fo Xin diff, everyone wears the uniform, u
will automatically learn to play something. The most stupid
calafare oso know how to play the *chear* (cybils) by the end of
the day. hahaha all play only lah, all will teach and share info on
how the things goes one. I go few months only i play dragon, lion
tail, big flag, cymbils (lion/dragon) and some drums. *when
training anyhow whack* hahaha FUN siol~~~ Miss those days, but
tiring lah... knn...
