Kilometer per liter for an NSR150 SP

Hello NSR150SP Friends,

Last months, I went to VN and I bought a
150sp for $1500. I was great to drive but
it drinks a lot of gas. About 90km for
1o liters of gas. Is this normal? Or because
my bike is old. My bike is '99.

Btw, I saw on a web site, they say the top
speed for a 150sp is $220. But I could only
go up to 145kph with my bike. Is this the
real speed?

i can only tell u that my is a fs sp and after the bike had run in the engine, the furthest i went is around 160km before i go to reserve.(have to give allowance for riding style) i use shell xo. i dont know if about the condition but u know know 1 if some1 sell a sport bike. that is y i get a new 1. my bike i think can go about 180km. havent try. the fastest is 150 meter reading up slope.if u want bike to go fast u must spent $ loh. u dont get cheap 2nd bike without a price unless u veri lucky. the only lobang i can give is in singapore about the spare parts. it is along desker road, the shop name cheong aik. alot cheaper then boon siew and ah boy also get honda parts there. i advise u spent $ on the insurance policy. the spart parts are x. for eg, the front fork stem 180+each so total of 370+if u damage ur front when u buang. the front rim is 350++ if u buang and the rim is bengko. good luck.
