SE pays emcom for the products and marks up again to SE merchants,

if my cola biz do well, than cheers to the pioneer buyers,

but if it winds up, their money also wind up ma, cos i only guarrentee 10% of my turn over..

how do you justify such projections in the first place?

again, like your dumb cola example that you use over and over again, i am not asking you how such fairy tale turnover are distributed, or how figures are accumulated to arrive at such figures, or asking you to extrapolate number

i am asking how did they come up with such high ROI figures, the justification of such number, the basis, the source of the investments that lead to any number at all

not to mention its really misleading, its the first time i heard people project this way, it sounds like you guys can invest only to hope to recover capital, not earning income

and stop calling it rebates, since its geared towards income generation, its like trying to fool the average investors out there

So a great bulk of the Merchant's $$ goes into a $$ marked-up package of EMcall 4-year plan. And I assume this goes into the Emall bundle which the SE Merchants are supposed to operate a business.

And the business on emall will generate the Epoints to pay Merchants monthly.

Quoting from the Merchant Agreement...

Consumer Rebate Privileges (CRP)
These are our return to you from the profits derived from the overall consumption generated on the e-Mall Platform. Sunshine Empire will reward you with e-points that you can use. Over time, you can have the privilege of receiving the total of not exceeding 12,000 e-points.

CRP is based on 10% of Sunshine Empire Global Turnover on the e-Mall Platform.

I believe this forum and many others have demonstrated that it is not possible for emall to generate that kinds of sales.

How many 'investors' are really emall merchants an making lots of money monthly from emall sales????

Financial year 2007 just ended and all company accounts will have to be submitted by April 2008.

So EMCOM is in this scheme together with SE to 'service' the SE Merchants....

I await with much excitement to read the multi-million financial statements, profits of all SE & EMCOM.

Honestly, buyers are consumers or stockist? And furthermore, so meaning i buy in lots of "cola" if the branding don't work out i am stuck. Now, the practise like that is unfair to merchants. The money supposedly we put in the money and you guys invest in resort project and whatever projects you guys claim, contradicting. Pardon me, but from the way i see it is that once you guys have sold enough "cola" you will then stop because you guys wouldn't be bothereds if the "cola" works and the money you will invest in the resort or whatsoever that you guys decide to build, so what will happen to stockist of your "cola"s? Thats selfish, irresponsible and thats a scam. Because legally you guys got the funds from the sales of "cola" encourage stock ups and then once funding has reached the sufficent level, thats the end of the "cola" story and basically no one will complain as you guys will say "the "cola" story has become history, we now must look at the property investments".
Now, in this instance there is no security to buyers or stockist or investors whatever you name it at all. Business model is really doubtful if its as such.
Hope i never offend anyone, apologies if i did. I am only a noob looking at this issue on a layman grounds.

Okay, let's say I put $1 into XYZ Corp. XYZ guarantees 50% returns, capped at 500%, say over the next year or so, payable every month. So first month I'll get $1.50... etc etc... The XYZ Corp gives me 100mins talktime with Redstone Telecoms, and some e-shopping points with XYZ.com online shop.

Would you be puzzled where does this XYZ corp generate such income?

The cola example doesn't apply, unless you say you get monetary returns (or rebates whatever you call it) from the shop auntie, that is more than the cost of your initial product. So where does the auntie generate such high income? After all, she's just selling cola right?

From what I understand, when you buy a GP, you would get free talktime and Emall points, as well as monetary payout am I correct? And if i remember correctly, the monetary payout would be a certain percentage (10% of global turnover) each month, capped at another certain percentage?

Where does SE generate this income before properties start selling? Thru selling GPs?

Am I wrong to say it's pumping $ made from selling GPs to those of older membership holders?
