This type of scheme is not illegal in Singapore, but is in many other countries.

I suggest that you go look for a job somewhere else, because this is more or less a "legal scam".

They're going to tempt you with how much their staff can earn, good life...etc...etc...

This is a dubious company. These are the following points you need to take note of:

1. Any company should not be taking any money from you in order for you to work for them. Some excuses are like memberships, or what courses etc, unless they have accreditation from Singapore government boards.

2. Selling of membership MUST entail selling of actual products or services, else it is IMMEDIATELY pyramid selling which is ILLEGAL in Singapore. Products could be like health supplements, foodstuffs, etc, Services are like club memberships where there is a Physical club somewhere in Singapore, or services for sports, fitness, Spa, etc.

If these 2 points are not correct, please do not join.
