Exactly!!! If you can really sell the products, there's really no diff whether you start even from Member, get goods from upline first, earn diff between member and retail price, then slowly work your way up the ranks! That's only $60 to begin doing a legitimate business!

A Count/Marquis who gets there from this slow process will likely to have a very strong foundation, with real customers, real sales volume, and real long term residual passive income!

Mr 666 Satan, if anyone is forcing you to do anything, please leave the group! Go find another leader, another different MLM company, or whoever who can help you build a real business.

Instead of doing mlm, you can opt for selling cheap stuff online. MLM goods will be lot more difficult to sell as they are already excessively over price. You can go to search for much cheaper & better stuff to sell on yahoo auction. I think it is better to leave the group as they might try hard to dig your pocket of $$$. Best to return goods if you have already invest. It is very much easiler to earn extra income elsewhere.

This is stupid man!!! People at Bel'air are not making $$$, it is just to make people throw in more $$$ so company can rid off another amount..

Image this: a network of 20 people leave Bel'Air, now Avita ask them to come back $500 each is equal to $10,000 lor!!!!

We need your help to spread the truth in Myanmar to stop this company from destroying more people life...

Rachel, can you explain why you think it is only worth converting if you have more than 1 full invoice of stock left?

Actually I feel that whether you have a lot or very little stocks doesn't make any difference to the decision of whether to convert at all.

Hope you can share your views and ideas on this. I believe it will benefit a lot of people who are stuck with Bel Air stocks.

Its too late to convert as the date due was 30 Aug. Can still try see if they still accept. Those who already convert their goods can sell Avita goods instead of Bel'Air's. Avita goods are cheaper & easiler to sell. Thus, easiler to clear stock. As for Bel'Air stocks, only left over essential oil which are not in demand. I don't know how long Bel'Air can hold on, their goods don't know store how long.

Btw, those who have only little Bel'Air stocks left still need to pay sg$500 if converting. I don't think they accept any Bel'Air stocks which are already drawn out.

The easilest way to solve your debts is thru part-time jobs or do some OT since you will got no worry about sales.You can still auction your stocks online, who knows ther are ppl willing to buy you stuff.

Nope, not too late. 31 Aug is the last day, technically there's still half a day from the time I write this post. Plus I got this gut feel that it may be extended by a bit ...

Anyway, that's for Singapore. Distributors from other countries have longer deadlines, so your info still valuable.

BTW, you can't convert your Bel Air goods to Avita goods from the company, only can exchange with other distributors who are willing to do so. Unless you know of any other ways, which will be very useful to share with the rest of us.

You ppl can return goods back to the company no matter how long you have join the company. If company dont except, can sue them. In singapore mlm law, no matter how long you join, you can still return goods.Before returning goods, you can go to CASE web page to print out mlm laws. There are alredy many ppl whose stocks are more than 1 years, still can return goods. Of course you can only get back 30% return of the value of the goods.

For ppl who are in Avita, go return your goods as soon as possible before its too late. Don't think that you can earn $$$ in Avita. Quit Avita as soon as possible. PPL doing Avita are mostly in debt. Get out of AVita & Bel'Air, you can slowly get out of debt.

My bloody friend tell me whether i am interested to join her in Avita. She (a clue already) tell me that the company (AAA) [NOT ONLY FGN!] is moving their business from Bel Air to Avita. She say in Avita, they are going to sell a whole range of products beside aromatherapy product only.

(this show that they are increasing their conning from aromatherapy to other area such as cleaning products, household products. therefore Bel Air is going to be re-package in Avita with more products to con the consumer, they are trying to sell a lifestyle to the public, not only aromatherapy product like sunrider and other MLM! MORE AUNTY WILL BE IN THIS SH*T)

And it is true, bel air is not in the national day parade but Avita is. AVITA IS THE NEW BEL AIR. They just re-package themselves to escape from all the negative effect or publicilty from BEL AIR in to this company.

And what is the best part?, that B1TCH tell everyone in her class about her new company and almost everyone is interested in joining her company.

She also say that you no need to work as hard as you were in BEL AIR. just come once or twice a week and YOUR PARTNER WILL CONTINUE IT FOR YOU.

i seriously hope that friend of mine burn in hell.

After hearing this, i hope everyone will be on your guard when you hear about AVITA. I don't want anyone to be HUGE DEBT cause of this business model.

I was told by their lawyers that no refund if pass the given 90days whether you know about it or not.
CASE basically said that they only handle consumers and not distributors like us who has cut Count.
So we got nowhere to turn to...
I just have to give up my goods to AAA as I have no space/transport to store all the useless goods Sad

For the last resort, I think it much more easiler for you to earn $$$ thru other means. Their lawyers always side them. Unless you have your own lawyer, that will be expensive. Earning thru higher salary or invest in funds can also help you recoup your losses in less than 2 years. Even you return goods, you can only get not more than $4k per count plate. Even do part-time, you can easily earn that small amount of $$$.

For ppl who cut count less than 90 days, its better to return goods for refund.
Do anyone think that such crap goods sold by Avita or Bel'air has any demand in market. Alternatives of Essential oil & cleaning agent of much higher quality & cheaper price are many times better. Do you think still easy to cheat ppl into such scam?

One way to stop her for recruiting ppl is to advise her to read our forum. If she reads, she could be save & will not pull others into the scam. You can also advise your other classmate to read this forum too. You can also email link of this forum to your classmates & your avita friend.

The way they operate doesn't sound like there will be any aunties in the network, but plenty of young students who borrow money from all over the place to chase their dreams. Doesn't this sound very strangely familiar to many of the regulars here or the Bel Air thread??

From what you described, your friend is being mislead into the dark side, definitely not the right way to do the business. If anyone tell you MLM business is so easy to earn quick bucks, better stay away from those people.

If she is really a good friend of yours, you should do her a big favour. If she is in debt, convince her to get out quickly. She definitely can refund, because Avita is less than 90 days old technically. There's no need to curse your friend, think about how you can help her!

If you go dig around for more information and get a more complete picture, Avita is certainly NOT Bel Air. However, if those people continue to operate in the same mode as they did in Bel Air and get really successful at it, Avita might end up in the same sorry state as Bel Air.

Network marketing is pyramid scam, not a biz! All mlmer have the right to return goods to quit mlm. Who you think the %**k %*u are to discourage ppl from returning goods. Many victims thought returning goods made them lost more $$$, but in the end some of them can't even get back a sinle cent by not returning goods. I think you shuld be the one staying away from this topic!!!

Return goods before 3 mths, you can get 30% from company, the rest from you uplines. Total around 90%. If any upline tell you all the shit that you get very little by returning goods, that bullshit. They are either too afraid to pay you when you return goods, or they dont have the $$$ to pay you back. Only if you return after 3 mths, you can get only 30% . It is not right to make ppl lost $$$ by calling them not to return goods!!!!!!

Even can't return goods, can still sell your Avita products online instead of recruiting victims into Avita. It is much easlier selling online than recruiting ppl as doing recruitment is doing pyramid scam which whole singapore is aware of it. Anyone you can find is already super resistance to pyramid scam. If MLM is so good, why still ppl who succeed in the biz left?
The truth is Bel'Air & Avita is not a decent biz which providing sufficient income.
You can count numbers of "successful" ppl leaving the biz. PPl leave the so call "biz" is not they failed in the biz. They leave because they have the courage to step out mlm to earn decent living! Not to hide away from reality of the society.---- not like some ppl(losers) hiding themselves in MLM .

( Only ppl with courage to face competition in the working society Or real biz world with succeed).

Most of us leaving Bel'air or Avita as realising the "biz" could harm many others just for the benefit of expand the network. For ppl who still want to continue the "biz",think twice.

Having a big network does not mean earning money. Look at Marques Balwin Tan. He left the network when have a number of downlines yet in debt due to buying his RX8. Look cool, think twice!
