No problem MohamedF, take this experience you have in MLM to cultivate your powers of conviction and persuasion.

At least, in the future, if you're not into MLM anymore, you will have gained much.
KEEP FIGHTING!

Got one MLM company which starts with a V told me that... but I quit that company coz of their dirty tactics and questionable product and waste my time...

But I've found another company which my friend brought me to and love it... For one thing, it doesn't have a cult like culture like the other company... everyone is someone else's friend... We are also told never to do sneak or forceful sales... and we must disclose the fact that your reward is based on your result... gurantee $10,000 within 3 months is not impossible but if you can produce such results...

but the main reason why I chose this company is because it cured my mom's arthritis... I guess I owe that to the company...

Salesmen get basic pay...? Means they do nothing still get paid???

they still have to attend briefings, feed back to their company... so they do not do nothing and get paid... their sales would usually make the main bulk of their pay...

anyway one more thing... in mlm everyone is your enemy.. not friend.. i dont see why you guys see each others as friends.. you are all selling the same products to the same market... only your uplines might regard you as a friend, what about ur sidelines?

simpleboi SG

The biggest thing I learned from the business.. is the integrity and teamwork and helping others.. nomatter who they are.. sidelines or other groups etc.. so the above sentence is really quite laughable to me

MohamedF SG

agreed...

elementalangel SG

so you guys think that side lines are not competitors?

MohamedF SG

so you guys think that side lines are not competitors?

competitors yes... enemy no... team members yes...

elementalangel SG

how can they be competitetors yet team membors at the same time?

MohamedF SG

how can they be competitetors yet team membors at the same time?

that's coz we work for our upline... if our upline wants success, he will ensure that if one of the side lines makes a lot of results, he will teach it to the the other sidelines...

Same if one of your downline makes a lot of results, you will ask him/her to teach it to the rest of the downline...

circulating knowledge and keeping a good team spirit makes a successful network... if you make one of your network an enemy, the system will fail...

elementalangel SG

the problem now is that all of you are sharing the same piece of the market... if you teach your side line, you will not benefit from it.. you canot leverage from him./her

That is if you are confident enough that you as a solo guy can tap the entire of Singapore by yourself... Can you do that? Its not impossible but it takes a lot of hard work... And when the company expand over to Indonesia, you oneself will make the entire Indonesia your market? If you can really do that I salute you man...

That's why MLM breaks the market into smaller and more managable segments... Everyone will have their own market...

the problem is that in singapore there are only 4 million people... the problem now is that people in mlm companies recruit non stop, they just recruit anyone and everyone...

That's why you need to do research on the company before committing yourself to the company... If you want to chose Amway now then good luck to you loh... Singapore is the 90+ stop in their global market and has been in Singapore for a while now...

You can still make money thru Amwey but it will definately be harder than a pioneering company...

laurence82 SG

why would it be harder than pioneering coy?

all MLM company can let u made a lot of money. Even Sunshine Empire, etc. Whether you will earn a lot of money not depends on YOURSELF. I give u guys one example, person A went to a very good company and slack all the way compared to person B going to a very lousy company but workhard throughout, who u tink wil earn more?

MLM made a lot of ppl earned a lot of money, onli those who are LAZY wil fail. then they complained tat MLM cant do, sure fail. But y dun u ask those ppl who succeed. they did not earn money easily, its through hardwork. tis post is not to shoot anyone, but to let everyone noes tat MLM is not a bad industry.

MohamedF, i support u in whatever company u r in now. The most important thing other than money is KNOWLEDGE. always rmb tis.

Guys, dun ever let sunshine empire, or other MLM company chg ur mindset tat MLM is not a gd industry. on top of tis, if u reali wan to earn a lot of money faster, MLM is one of the ways. But u hv to suffer in the beginning.
