World IR SG

Yeah, most of them doing mlm sales are very unethical and seem to be pushing for sales rather than the needs of the consumers... dont really like their pushy sales mentality Mad

Since they have no monthly pay, and they are driven by the need for earnings. This forces them to do stuff like tricking people down, lying to them, etc. When you have a downline, you get a cut of their sales, so you're desperate to get more downlines.

Monetary earnings, in exchange for your friends, ethics and face.

simpleboi SG

Do it part time, so can still have monthly pay..

And no point tricking pple.. in the end wont have stable business coz pple dun like getting tricked.. It's a long term one, not short term....

Just be sincere, ethical and share with ur heart can liao..

Hm. I guess you guys are right. I won't make impulse decision thats the least i can do. But since already made the decision then just go ahead and do it, at least you still have a chance. Thats how i feel.

LOL

I also got conned inside..... But my case is that I ownself walk into the lion's den

I ask my friend got job anot cos I holiday, then he say his friend got ask him about this job but since he studying, he didnt take that offer. Then he tell me about this job so a go go join lor......

I never heard of MLM or saleman stuff before, so my getting conned difficulty level was rather easy

At first I thought they are good, treat them like good friends, like 2nd home like that..... until the part when the manager ask me to write the all my friends contact details then a fear start to struck me...... I thought I am going to sell to other people like big coporation, but the fact is I am going to sell to my friends

After a while I think a was thinking too much about it and think it is ok to sell to my friends (I was crazy then)

So I just sms around to ask those close ppl for sales appointment.....

Mentality at this point : MLM is GOOD!!!!! (Obviously after I went through their propaganda training)

After I ran out of close friend to sms.... Time to kick in the phone tactic I learn to ask the not so close friend for appointment.... So I go the phone area to make calls. While finding my contacts, I heard a nearby guy calling. He is doing recruitment, and I heard he said a whole lots of stuff which are not true, obviously lying to get recruits in. Then I start to realised EVERYONE IS USING THE SAME TACTIC to recruit, including their friends......

How can they resort to such unmoral and unethical ways to recruit people? I know after my first sales, I will be able to recruit and I am definetly not going to lie to get people in. So I left......

Mentality at this point : MLM is still good, just that some black sheep company is destroying it using unethical ways

Few weeks later, someone call saying he is from XX group (Tink Tink) and say there is this job offer, mass recruitment for those ppl waiting for o level results. I play on with him and recorded the conversation. He didnt realised I used to be inside and know all the inside stuff. He lied about the pay and keep insisting that he wants to meet me at his company (which is the lion's den)

Mentality of MLM at this point : Fck-CARE!!!!

VENTURE ERA? issit? Make mass calls, mass smses?

Once this VE guy called me. "Hello, this is *** calling from Vee Eee group pte ltd. Would u like to come down for job orientation". That time I was in a crowded place having dinner, if not I'll scold that guy upside down, or would just pretend to play along and fly aeroplane on him. Waiting for the next MLMer to call me.

AsGi4Lum SG

Next time when another guy call, I gonna record and play with him.....

So Pee Eee ppl out there, becareful of who u calling

Free incoming anyway...............

It's also fun to hear people desperately defend their company

Wurq16 SG

What's the point when they have already done all the wrong things?? haha

caleb_chiang SG

well, ts, in order to let anyone join a religion... you have to brain wash the person also mah....

AsGi4Lum SG

I super agree lor......

Come lets list down so ethical ways to show those losers that we HAVE THE RIGHTS to shoot them....

1. I have this job offer for you

2. Spreading market awareness

2. And promoting our company lifestyle products

3. To your friends and relatives

4. Earn your keep if you make successful leads

5. Provide you with training

6. When you are good enough, you can recruit people to help you, just like what I am doing now.

Wurq16 SG

well, ts, in order to let anyone join a religion... you have to brain wash the person also mah....

Not say brain wash. There are actually steps to follow. Just that "these people" apply the wrong technique and make it look like brain washing. If someone is not interested in business, just want to lead a simple life, do you want them in your group?

MLM is not a convincing or persuading business. It's the way how people do it. Like Enyouth, Venture Era and some others, they are obviously doing the wrong things and spoiling the market.

All religions?

What actual steps to follow, that people apply wrong technique that eventually lead to look like brainwashing? Care to share? What it got to do with people wanting a simple life?

MLM is not a convincing or persuading biz? Huh? Meaning, you force people to join?

How people should do it?

Wurq16 SG

I don't convince and persuade. People join me at their own will.

People who just want to lead a simple life, I won't touch them. Because that is what they want. Respect their decision. Never try to change their mindset or criticise their thinking. They usually reluctant to change quadrants.

PM me. And I'll tell you how. :)
