Please please keep sending all the info you have to sph AND tnp. You've got the emails attached to their articles, if you don't just pm me.

No point putting the info here for SE to read and then try react, we're playing into their hands here. Like previously in forums we read about Phang signing all the SE cheques despite being a mere adviser (plus being the president of ega which has NO relation apparently to SE), now SE is acting by doing their transactions online or smth, they're no longer going to use cheques.

Remember, for each new info you post here, you give SE the time to cover their tracks and have a good response once CAD or the papers flesh them out. So give all your info to cad and the press, I'm sure they welcome everything.

NetCruiser, you may want to list your source. Besides, can an internal memo really be done in such horrid english?

I'm in a rough patch with my gf now as she is in se. Somehow, she said that it's a good thing that even if some people may be asking for refunds, you still have students, uncles and aunties who dont read the papers to put their money in. That's all that matters coz then she can get her money back. I think that's quite disgusting and I really find it quite discomforting to know that someone I love can be reduced to such selfish behaviour.

Sigh. Which is why I hope SE goes down as soon as possible and stop killing and brainwashing the people in Singapore. SE keeps telling its merchants everything is good, they working to modify their ways along with govt and cad will clear their name soon. Imagine the number of arrogant youngsters who can't cope in the Singapore education system and then flaunt their bmws to everyone while sprouting rubbish to other ignorant youths and (prob illiterate) middle aged people.

Like the projects in Malacca, KL and Taiwan, where is the proof that they have lawyers inviting CAD to investigate them?

Second point, isnt it ludicrous CAD can be simply invited by lawyers to investigate about a company? Isnt CAD a pawn of SE, to be called at will to investigate something?

Third point, as an legal enforcement agency, since when its CAD's duty to clear a person or a company's name at invitation? They can prosecute or investigate upon a police report made or suspicions of a crime, but since when they will proactively try to clear someone's name?

Clearly, not for the first time, the roots of government and legal enforcement is made a mockery of and challenged

They should be hanged for acts of subversions.

We are not an investment company and you are not investing yr hard-earned money in this company. That's all well and fine.. except.. why would a Merchant enrol himself 2, 3 4 or 10 times as a merchant in Emall?

Logically, a merchant open a store in Emall, then start selling, with the bundle plan of mall points and free emcall (callback) to facililate his business.

latest by 16 months. ( The all EGA are new not 16 months yet ) anyway if
EGA is till surving by 16 months , can delay further by paying a compound

achieved 3 years. NO account submitted by EGA to Acra , how to caught

All this ( EGA ) is a elaborate planing by their mastermind ( JP ). He has been
doing this scheming businesess for more than 20 years especially in setting
up MLM..... business ( practice make perfect ) . He is expert in the loop hole
in law for businesss. exploring and use the grey area and bother at the thin red line ( In our business term ).

In the eye of law ( legally ) EGA and its companies are all Independent and
indiviual company has no relationship with each others. ( Not affliated or
subsidiaries of each other. ( IF yes , you would have seen it in the company
registration already. ) They can have commom directors.

As such only SE is investigated , as SE was setup using JH ( Tua pek Kong )name for the sole purpose of collecting money from public and all the dirty
works is executed by SE.

Emcom is just doing businesses with SE relationship. ( Selling emcall and
SE buying this services for their merchant and agent ,buyer ).

So the director ( SE )took the money out as indiiviual capacity. and set up
others companies as indiviual capacity. The only questionale is the source
of fund is illegal.

It is common for companies claiming to be invloved in big project and later
anounce that they did not make it or they fail to secure project. Since they
pte co. and pte affair and answerable only to their shareholder. ( Emcom, empire property ) . Offically SE is not their shareholder.

China Photar - Emcom's acquisition.
(1) There's nothing wrong with a company paying out zero dividend and its normal to find companies in the GEMS category to declare lost. They are known as emerging companies, therefore they are purchased for future potentials. Emcom may have chose to purchased China Photar for its existing contacts/networks/infrastructures OR because its just cheap.

(2) Emcom purchased 73.85percent stake in the company, that is 73.85% x 588220000 = 434400470 shares at HK$0.017 cents each = HK$ 7384807.99 = SGD$1.48million, if they were to sell the shares at HK$0.295, they would have made SGD$24million from the transaction. BUT this has not happened. Emcom is still the biggest share holder in China Photar today as claimed by the website.

(3) If you follow all the announcement on the China Photar's website, there's extraordinary huge volume transacted daily and the company has month on month been requested by the stock exchange to explain why this is so. The directors have explained that its PURE market supply and demand and they have no knowledge of why. This is common as well for shares listed in hong kong, china, malaysia, indonesia.

In any case, I do believe that there's nothing really suspicious about this transaction to purchase China Photar made by Emcom. Its a genuine business acumen that will be taken by any shrewd businessman out there.
BUT just a tot for you to take away: So How does James Phang make money if he didnt sell his stakes in China Photar?

Step 1: Collect money from SE
Step 2: Use this money to buy up his own shares in the open market.
Step 3: So you earn BOTH cash and still holds shares in the company!
Step 4: Repeat the process!

James Phang will never ever be caught by CAD because he's sitting on loads of money and he's only legally found in Emcom and not SE.
