When i asked all the SE people that have been bugging me to get a GP about them making the Investor Alert List of MAS, they will just laught it off & say of course they are on the list. This is because they are not doing investments. Well, NTUC Fairprice is also not doing investments but their name is not on the list, so are all the other MLM companies that I know of, like Amway, Nuskin, Herbalife, VE, EY, DW, etc. So how come SE is so special?

If SE is not doing investments, then what exactly is the core business of SE? Can people like "Emcom" answer my question?

Why would a respectable government financial authority be so stupid and bo liao to publish names of companies that are not promoting investments products? If its like this, the downstair mamak shop's name also should be on this list because its not promoting investment products.

The Investor Alert List

From time to time, MAS receives information on persons who are possibly conducting activities regulated by MAS without authorisation. These persons may target Singapore consumers, or overseas consumers by giving them the false impression that they are operating in Singapore. Some of these unregulated persons may sometimes use names similar to that of entities regulated by MAS.

Consumers should exercise care when dealing with these persons. Overseas consumers who receive solicitations by persons who claim to have an operation in Singapore should also exercise care and check if they are in fact dealing with persons who are regulated by MAS.

What it means by conducting activities regulated by MAS?

Who may provide financial services in Singapore?

Persons providing financial services in Singapore are required to be licensed, exempt or otherwise regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to carry out activities regulated under the relevant laws administered by MAS.

In short, SE is conducting financial activities regulated by MAS without license. For those who work in the financial world, you will know very well MAS audits its financial institutions strictly. At the very least, you know the schemes you invested in or companies providing such schemes have been audited and licensed. You have the basic level of guarantee and security in the products you invested in. You do know that your investment products are not some random scheme designed to scam you of your money or could lack financial strength because its not been verified by an expert third party.

For those who keep denying, you are blatant liars or big washed up ignoramus.

But I dun mind proof it, but I can tell you i dun have income tax to proof. If you believe in bank statement screenshot, im can post it for you too. If not treat it as I cant proof it.

Im not trying to make you guys believe in SE. Its up to individual. Its works for me and im hapi with it.

I think many had mentioned b4, im using their emcall service for a few month since that initially started. They are also come with emall pts that there is certain products you can redeem as and when you see something you like.

I duno if your question got any agenda, but if are trying to find little mistake or even grammar to rebutt me, then i duno whats your motive. bec it doesnt serve any purpose.

how would anyone get rich or earn income from getting rebates from products they purportedly use?

Hahahaha, you think too much. There is no agenda in my questions. Why are you so suspicious over such a small thing? Do you feel guilty about something or are you not confident in whatever you are doing to warrant such care in how you answer questions? There is a chinese saying. If your conscious is clear, even if someone knocks on your door in the middle of the night, you have nothing to fear.

I do not need to stoop to your level & use such trivial methods such as finding mistakes or grammar. If what you believe in is the real deal, it can stand up to the baptism of fire. No matter what people say.

Why do you care whether I have a motive or not? Are you trying to hide something? What purpose I have is not up to you to decide.

I believe that you are in some normal traditional MLM companies that sell products, well for a products company, i call say product base company are too traditional, that in singapore itself, have 200 over MLM companies, true enough, products that can earn money, but not a lot of people earing it, but now is heading towards IT/Technology time.
