The picture is taken off EPV website.

My Malaysian Friends said the signboard still is the same, as of last weekend.

The Piling machines are idling. I also showed in my photo that the Empire Sunshine Villa is out of the current hoarding location, and the piling machines are at a location that is a no-building land. (Red Triangle).

The artist illustration here is also inaccurate. the Service Suites to the left has simply been cut and paste onto the plan. The jetty for the ancient ship has been crushed.

Again I urge EPV to correct the drawings and seeing tha so many units have been booked, with the instalment of a minimum $10,000 per unit starting 1 month after booking the units, it must be worrying for anyone to see my findings.

I know many people look at the Malacca project as investment. But you can't resell something base on a video, you need a real apartment on a real piece of land. Currently, you have sea water.

Remember the news clip about the reclamation works? I believe those large machines are for large scale reclamation, not for small scale works.

Are they still selling internally? Such a small pool of "buyers" and strangely all sold?

abductboy SG

Yes, the land reclamation shown is not the EPV’s one. They are from a large scale land reclamation project that I have indicated in my earlier post.

....-_- was wondering, with all the time you guys spent to discuss, analyze, criticize, and watsoever. why not just call them to verify? or make things better all meet up and go down to their property venture HQ with the document that support what you speculated?

all am seeing is 4-5 very anti-sse occupying this entire thread discussion, the ppl from sse doesnt wan to bother about this thread anymore.

From wat i conclude from this thread is that sse is all over asia region, they are still operating their business, just that sg acc has been frozen :/.

and also make me wonder do u guys do all this just to kill time? but it seems that u guys are spending way too much time on this..lol

or are u all the "justice" people? then should try to investigate from all area, not rely on others to give info :/. go to their emcom in taiwan, property HQ and etc. that would be a very great help to this people who are looking at this thread.

since people are replying on online sources, so i based my point on view on this thread =]

Why not you called up my godfather who was involved in PORNO VCDs distribution in Singapore, or best visit him in HK, asked him whether he was involved or not, 100% he will said "NO, You got the wrong kiddo" Smile

Dear Mihori,

The internet is a powerful tool that bypass all land boundaries.

I can talk to anyone anywhere in the world instantenously without even stepping out of the house.

Similarly, information and be shared, or verified as long as it is placed in the world wide web.

SE would have to provide concrete evidence, not great show of words, not videos and beautiful photos of products that is only a projection into the future.

Please understand.

The age of information sharing is here and absolutely no information existed on current SE website about the projects they are offering.

abductboy SG

Actually, there is only 2 possibilities for the entire Sunshine Villa bldg to shift from 1 point to another..

----

1) As I wrote earlier, the Sunshine Villa moved out of its current hoarding.

The second one may be equally possible.

2) The Sunshine Villa is still at its correct place, as the signboard is still there.

But that means.......

There is a possibility that the negoiation for the reclaimed land right infront of the villa building failed.

Click the headlines..

Controversy over reclaimed land in Klebang

CM works to solve land dispute

Is that why the President of EPV talks about land reclaimation and the 19 storeys Service Suites bldgs appeared to be 'floating' over the sea? (read earlier posts)

The President talked about reclaiming 69 hectare of land from the sea. (source: http://thestar.com.my/metro/story.asp?file=/2007/12/17/southneast/19734281&sec=southneast)

I believe he or the Press must have make a mistake in the numbers because 69ha is one-third the size of Sentosa.

Anyone knows the background of this Alex Teh guy?

Its jus a LOL after so much stuffs. Mr. Green
Fools fools fools :m rgreen: LOL!!!!!!!

well, becos it is obviously illegal to do so, what i means is that, since this is quite a huge project that even the news reported, and moreover, it is being reported in the news paper for several times.

of course, you don't need to travel all the way to their HQ and to verify with them. There is alot of possible way to get definite evidence. email and phone call is one of them.

erm, but the fact that you guys are asking question that most probably that only the management can answer you. Be it deceiving you or provide you with document, but definitely they will give u an answer. if the answer they gave doesnt convince u, then post it here on what they they have replied to you.

laurence82 SG

Who we are, why are we spending time here etc etc are irrelevant and pointless to ask

Question is, with these evidence and jarringly glaring 'mistakes', including photoshops to pictures, difference in publications and reality...why are these so?

Why every SE agent like to ask irrelevant questions pertaining to personal self than the issues at hand?

mihiro SG

including me, we would be glad to meet you face to face. =], and don worry, we wont bite you.

laurence82 SG

If it require SE management to do so, and not anyone else, its suspicious

These are questions any serious investors would undertake to know and convince himself of the financial strength of such projects

And if these so called investors, agents or what not are clueless, what's more to say?

mihiro SG

question is, do you know me? anti-se or SE agent, anyway that doesnt make a different. but oh well, you like to group ppl up into category , in your definition, for those who ask irrelevant question is from SE isnt it?

erm, i have seen alot of pointless and irrelevant post in this thread as well, about worshiping some god named mr jp and etc -_-. so they are se agent as well, :/.

for question like why are these so, erm, i personally don think that you will be thinking that forum is the best source to get. there is alot of loopholes that you guys has speculated here regarding their project, so it left me wonder did any of you provide this evidence to the CAD and assist them in their investigation.

laurence82 SG

well it happens that generally SE agents like to ask such irrelevant questions Laughing

and its true, going by many people who have encounters with SE agents, so they are justified in saying JP is worshipped like a deity

nuthing wrong in say something that is right

what loopholes? care to point out?

i have not see a single good rebuttal yet

redstone SG

Their "news" can't even be trusted. It's like asking a hiding serial killer if he killed people and the likelihood he'll say yes.

abductboy SG

News are reliable????

News reports will write whatever they are told... and they are always hungry for news....

Similarly, Magazines will report if there are submissions to them.. or when they are paid.. like a paid advertisement...

Look at some samples..

Now... if SE or EPV appears in some finanicial magazines/news..... that may be different.

What we people have been asking are actually what 'investors' in SE projects should be asking..

Like why wasn't any release of information when they shift whole buildings and layout, or when the new layout plan looks like they may need to reclaim the land for the entire Melaka theme park, not just Service Suits Buildings.

Just compare the original video (click and scroll down the blogspot.com link) with the one in the EPV frontpage.

First time I'm seeing a property devt company shifting building sites after it's been announced and sold, and changing the design on such a large scale.

Few months ago there's news about a developer showing renders of full height all round windows, but the finished condo only has a few panels. Then the developer has to compensate them. Made some hooha over it. Strangely no hooha was made when SE changed the design of the buildings? Laughing

I have confidence to say the sales figures are fake.

Look at this blog: http://gatherwealthse.wordpress.com/empire-release/important-announcement-singapore-business-federation-member/

December 18, 2007 Eugene Lim
Great News from Emcom!

Empire Communications Technology Pte Ltd have became a Statutory member of Singapore Business Federation!!

Only established companies with tangible business model and high sales turnover can be a member of Singapore Business Federation.

haha... I think this chap should read the other thread (http://www.sgforums.com/?action=thread_display&thread_id=297661)..... before making announcements on SE behalf...

Anyway, Definition of a Statutory member (http://www.sbf.org.sg/public/membership/typeofmembership.jsp)

A Local Statutory Member is a local company which has a paid up share capital of S$0.5 million and above and who is entitled to vote at SBF General Meeting.

Also I can't find EMCOM name in the list yet....
