You can easily but a profile thru email at around $6.00
You can see who is the director and also the paid-up capital.
If the paid-up capital is very small, such as 100,000 SGD dollars
then you can shove away..
If the company says...
abc company pte ltd
f.k.a (Formally Known As)
efg company pte ltd
under the search ACRA busines directory then its very fishy..
Why the need to change company name?
If the director is not really the director you have met. Ask
why!
