As for SCBC, whoever the landlord is has the absolute right to kick anybody who is unable to pay rent by the terms stipulated within their contract. Too bad NTI deluded themselves in being able to maintain the club. I thought deluding others was enough, its just sad that they actually believe they can own a club.
