NTI is a training company now. Infact its sunshine empire who is helping Emcom to market the in product or investment. All new student or trainee in NTI is given a choice to join Sunshine Empire as merchant, when they join NTI for courses. Same thing they can choose not to participate in Sunshine Empire Merchant.

Anyway after taichung, Emcom is building wireless in Taipei xian. More project will be coming out. Emcom is holding a WISP so it wun stop in Taichung only.

No offence, but from the way you reply, it gives me the strong feeling that you don't even know what you're doing nor working for.

Imagine you working in a retail store selling products; example shoes
A reporter comes in and request for interview of the retail's store success story.
Being the manager-in-charged of the store, with you doing all the strategy. Can you just reply and say YOU DON'T KNOW, neither do I want to know, if you want to interview, ASK MY BOSS because he tells me to do what than i do what, i didn't put in any effort at all. If you give this type of reply in work outside, YOU'LL BE SACKED IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT FAIL!!

If you don't even bother to know the company's background, than do you have any pride that you are working in a company and are you proud of it? You don't even know what services or products you boss/the company can offers to you, the potential of the corporation that you're working in. How can you convice a Experienced Investor to come in and join you when you KNOW NOTHING?

The other thing is - If James Phang's other companies are really that good, he will surely show off to his agents de lor. Lumimi is an example; besides that, no other companies under him is something which he is proud of so he hide it up. If he is really that good, sure got videos of his achievements etc..but why didn't he show them? (if there's good stuff, he sure will show off by having them shown to agents during his training lessons 100% chop!)

You are better of being a normal worker. Don't work in MLM, if you aren't going to change.

MLM is also a business, but you are not putting in the effort that it is needed by businessmen/businesswomen.

Advice for you - IF you want to work or EXCEL in MLM, make sure you know what you are doing.

Training means not MLM? - BUT WHY do they still have this Binary Network Marketing Compensation Plan? Training- how true is that?
What is training company in your dictionary and in NTI's Dictionary?
Training company, what's the facilities that helps agents to train? Are there lots of tables and chairs, everyday have lessons and classes ma?

Or are NTI agents everyday sitting on tables drawing circles and telling about the investment plan?

there's 2 tables, 1 is from the taichung, the lower 1 is from nti (singapore)
Now what the compensation that every nti agent is getting is from the lower table, not from the investment project at all.

when the project developer gets enough people to sign it's services than they will give out the payment, than NTI side will stop.

meaning to say, all these while, nti has being using the money invested by INVESTORS and dividing it among nti agents accordingly!! just 50% of the amount that investors invested in.

so when the city is ready and gives money, than NTI will use the project dividends to support other operations and spend on upkeep (of rental of HUB HUB office) + pay for NTI incentives (not part of emcom anymore in future [example new yr hong bao incentive, genting trip]). This is the reason why the leaders say when the city start having payment, than NTI side of contribution will stop. (they just put it by saying nicely only, but the fact is they greedy for money, for their income of maintainence is high, with poor products that can't attract ppl, so they use ecmom to attract people and to use their money to pay off the upkeeps etc.

Frankly i think the one who does not know what he is doing or saying is you. Did i say i dunno anything about the company ?

If you ask me about Emcom, Sunshine, NTI of cos i know, but you are asking whether i know about the other company in the Group, why would i want to know in the first place. I do not work in the group.

I know you are still in the working mindset but please wake up from your own perception can ? I would really take note if you are giving me good advice, but funny ones you can keep it.

All the news you have is all outdated do you know that ? The company is developing so rapidly and from a past networker you want to give comments about its future ?

Anyway my advice is please update yourself with more info of the companies you wishes to talk about before giving such comments.

Are you really a newbie in NTI last time? Those are courses offered by companies only. I am talking about group training.

Thats why i say you only have outdated news for NTI. The com plan we have now is all in Sunshine Empire, and of cos our accounts are all transfer over. NTI has enterprise development training as well as courses that teaches on public speaking.

Sunshine and NTI is in the same office of cos you will see people doing presentation in the office.

Lastly the conclusion is things that i did not mentioned does not means i do not know, and get more updated news of the companies before repling, please.

Emcom's Taichung project is only part of the business in EGA. They still have others. Anyway we will have new projects coming up when taichung is done.

Hai, why can't you talk more facts about the project, rather just your own perception ?

We are selling investment not paper. There is agreement, thats already the black and white.

Anyway we have lots of investors that does not recruit people. They are earning from the profit-sharing too.

And how you know only the top people earn the most ? My group have people earning more than the managers. Of cos they have become managers now la.

Your earnings is from Emcom Dividends or the Marketing Plan earnings?

If what you're saying in terms of earning more, than it's most probably you're group have invested MORE than the MANAGERS in Emcom thus returns (dividends) makes you earn more!

How much will you be earning IF THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS INVESTMENT PLAN? Without Ecom, will your earnings [be it income from compensation plan or dividends] be more than your uplines (mangers; taking into consideration of only active agents!) if both you and them balance all acounts to earn USD10 for every pair which is miserable compared to the past USD20.

As for the black & white. Does the paper state clauses which protects you also or just protect of NTI and the developer?

A real contract (black and white) is one which has both parties' terms and regulations to follow. Should one party fail to follow, than the other party will have rights to seek compensation. Go read the contract again. See if there's any that states you have the right to pursue the matter should they fail to follow the terms stated.

The contract is just a Protecting Tailsman of NTI that you're signing, by signing that, you lose your own cusomer's rights and no terms to protect yourself in the event should problems arise.

If you didn't read and gone through real contracts, go try finding some HDB flat selling contracts or setting up of business contracts, take it and compare to NTI's contract. HUGE DIFFERENCE!!

The agreement stated that even if the project failed, we can still get back the gurantee returns from sunshine empire. I already repeat this lots of times.

I do agree that the agreement now is abit simplify, but the company is already working up a new legal contract with its legal already.

Anyway my work requires me to look at contracts.

2 things I noticed which I think can be easily settled in a rational mananer.

1) James Phang and his companies
If there is proper Corpprate Governance for NTI, Sunshine or any of the companies under the same umbrella, investors will have more confidence in the running of the companies and its day to day operations. There will be not be major fund transfer, speculations in stocks, oil etc that will lead to huge losses and ultimately total loses for all investors. We wont know what he will do but with proper independent Board of directors and powers to monitor him, he cant do anything against the interests of the investors. Without such system in place, you cant protect any investor interest. All the money are not guranteed.

2) Claims from Sunshine
Its true that you need to know all the companies under the umbrella and the contract you are signing. Its a common tactic for major fund transfer from one company to the other for investment purposes or daily operations. Its often very difficult ot track all these money if there is no one monitoring it. For Sunshine to be able to reimburse everyone and protect all investors interests. They must have at least 200 million Sing dollars in Bank Gurantees that cannot be touched (like a deposit). So if they have already got that amount of money, why should they be asking for investments in the first place? If they do not have these amount of money in reserves, how can they make that gurantee? Its not that easy to ask if they have those money in reserves.

Secondly, if Sunshine empire is declared burst. You can only get back whatever that is left in the company, provided you have a legitimate claim against the company and register yourself as one of the creditors. Depending on the laws of the nations which Sunshine is registered. It can be as easy as sell the chairs, tables and other assets and then divide the money accordingly.
Do you think the tables and chairs will be worth your 150% protection schemes?

These are the risks you need to undertake if you decide to join the scheme. Go in with a open mind and start questioning. What others have pointed out here are true to a certain extent.

Hope this will help you and others to protect your interests in this investment venture.

Bottomline: Demand for Corporate Governance. Make those at the top be responsible for their action legally when they are being monitored. There is no escape from punishment if they are caught with evidence from a properly set up Corporate Governance system. Only by doing that will your words have some meaning especially in those with regards to "investor protection"

Btw, i think its fair for earlier investor to get more return from investment.At phase 1, there is virtually nothing or little evidence to prove that Emcom exist .Over the phases, more things are built and thus, more reliable. So its not fair to link these decreasing trend of compensation % as a PYRAMID SCHEME STRUCTURE.

The new Emcom agreement is being draft by Singapore lawyer ( tats wat my agent told me). However, from wat i have read, i find out tat stuff like Company Covenants is being left out ( correct me if i am wrong Crying or Very sad ). Why have they left out this terms in the new Affiliates agreement?

Just like every company or project they ever went into, when its time to shut down they will just close the company and the so called investors will not have anyone to claim from.

Many a times people enter an investment scheme based on the recommendations of friends and family members. They fail to grasp a firm understanding of the whole picture, instead choosing to fallback on sources provided by the Company.

Many of this so-called investments are not regulated. They are not operated by AUTHORISED investment brokers, who is expected to operate at a certain standard. It is difficult to monitor these investments as there is no guarantee that the channel of investment still exists when you wake up tomorrow.

Many of them DO NOT give you any chance of any compensation at all if the investments have been misappropriated.

Investments scams will always offer more attractive returns than conventional investments in the hopes of attracting more new investors. Many of these investment scams DO NOT profit through clever investment, but rather through the introduction of new investors by old investors.

Several questions to ask:

1) How will the company handle the funds generated?

2) Is it handled by reputable people? What are their credentials?

3) How can the company guarantee 100% capital returns when the funds raised are going to be used for infastructure building which is probably in the millions? It is important to note that we still don't know whether this project is profitable.

4) Aside from the forums and press releases provided by the company, I find a general lack of information in ENGLISH provided by the financial press about their investment scheme.

5) I noticed that several countries mentioned in the expansion plans are in this region. Is the general population of those countries in need of a wireless infastructure? Are they ready for it? Will it lead to a profitable business? How are they going to generate profits from nations not ready for a wireless infastructure?

6) If they are not going to expand within this region, what is the next phase? Why are they able to guarantee those who sign up in phase 10 and beyond if future expansion plans look shaky, will the guarantee hold ground or will the Company go burst?
