In short is act like a dog, follow orders only.
you have to train yourself to take other's people credit if you
want a good future/ boot-licking / use other crooked ways
it's a dog VS dog world, the big bully the small. the winner takes
all!!
if you are weak, you will not be in a good spot (the same goes to a
business)
2nd animal - work like a water buffaloes, ones you cant produce
results - Out you go.
3rd animal that we are being trained into is to be a horse -
dragging our feets to the office (relucatantly get to the starting
line, but all happy to rush to the finishing line (6pm end
work).
4th animal - after work, if u have babies or kids, you act like a
monkey trying to hoax your kids to laughter.
working in a job, everyone is learning to be animals.. how good is
that?
this is just my personal opinion, no offence
intended.
Business - You are
not a business-owner, but a slave to the business.
why i say so?
1st - the owner/boss of the business (SMEs) opens the shop
personally, the first person to reach the office, the last person
to leave the office.
2nd - you get the money first, but you don't get paid first,
once month end, you pay
- electrical bills
- products and goods
- rental
- promotion/advertisments
- your employees
- refunds if any
- your employees' OT is necessary and their bonus at yr end
- allocate a certain amount for next month in case meet net
loss.
- lastly than you pay yourself (if it's not good, you even have to
fork out more from your own pocket)
3rd - if you want to expand your business, you have to do captial
rising, make sure every small little business is in excellent order
to start expand by offering franchise (often people fail to create
a successful franchise model due to lack of management skills, and
lack of hindsight/fore-sight)
4th - you have to storm through different crisis. if your capital
(pocket) is not deep enough to make sure you can last long, than
don't even start doing a business in the first place.
5th - are you sure that you business can't be copied by
others?
if can be copied, do you have a strategy that allows you to be
market-leader, while everyone is following your foot-steps, you are
either 2 or 3 steps ahead of them.
again, if you can't do that, don't waste your time, effort and
money on doing a business.
MLM - it's a
good marketing strategy no doubt.
but many people don't really understand it at all.
examples
1) Gun -
In the hands of a Law-Enforcer (policeman/policewoman), it's meant
to help save lives.
In the hands of a Law-Breaker (robber/killer), it's meant to kill
or take away lives.
2) House
normal people - they use a house to provide shelter for their
family and friends
bad people - they use a house to either as a gambling place /
prositution or others.
everything that are 2 sides to it.
It depends on who you mix with and follow to have the right
set of knowledge and ethics.
now to touch on the copy-cat
in schools/work/family you cannot be a copy-cat to be successful
because everyone is different, but in MLM, it takes a good copy-cat
to be successful.
everyone loves to copy others, but are we really working and living
in a environment whereby Copying is AOLLWED to make a living?
all you need to do in MLM, is to follow
the right person get into the right company, COPY the proven
success path and there you will be successful in no time without
thinking of how to be innovative (if you are at work or businesses,
even in relationships, you also have to make sure you aren't not
bored) so what other ways can we still be a copy-cat?
If there is anybody who wants to understand more on the pros &
cons of the 3 types - job, business, mlm, just post your queries, i
believe there are many people who would like to help. of course, i
try my best to give a most- balanced advice.[/b]
What if, the upline you follow is perfect, the ppl ard you are
perfect.. BUT, in the end, the company faces lawsuits due to the
products being verified as useless? how do you gauge what
products/companies are "right"?
(take shyt and process+purify = Holy shyt @ $1000 a poop, cures all
diseases)
i agree with everything you have said above, but there still is a
high degree of risk in an MLM business.. Integrity of the top mgt
and USP of the product are important, if it is proved to be
fraudulent, another dream is shattered esp after putting so much
hard work into it..
Pls dont give others the impression that MLM has no downsides
except for maybe human failure due to the lack of perserverence and
skills etc et.
There still are many other risks which could affect an MLM biz, and
i believe that you have just promoted a narrow, one-sided view.. Be
fair pls, thank you
