More information on why it is a scam are available from the
following websites:
Firstly, an advisory from the Swiss Embassy in Malaysia asking
people NOT to invest in Swisscash, labelling them a fraud.

Next website I'd like you all to see is by some guy who went to
investigate the company, call them up and check their address.
Their findings are indeed amusing.

The Commonwealth of Dominica, popularly known as Dominica, is an
island nation in the Caribbean Sea. It should not be confused with
the Dominican Republic, another Caribbean nation. The Dominican
economy has high poverty (30%), high unemployment (23%), and a low
per capita GDP (US$5,400). Dominica also recently entered the
offshore financial services market.
I suspect it is a Money Mule scam as Dominica has just entered the
financial markets and its a convenient place for money laundering.
