Yup. In the area of joints and cartilage and bones, 1-2 months is a
very short term. Runners take glucosamine for long duration like 9
months before stopping for a while. Most wun even feel much effect,
if there is really a "feel-able" effect.
In bone fracture, the bone tissue have to
joint back to some norishing tissue within 8-12 hours else
the bone tissue will be dead, AND we wun know only until after a
year or so when MRI scans discover the particular bone tissue isn't
growing in relation to those around it.
And, on top of that, heavy meat eating
causes joints to degenerate faster relatively compare to a less
meat eating person, as meat contains some acids that is
counterproductive to bone tissue regeneration.
To answer your last question: Nope. There's no replacement better
than glucosamie. Glucosamie comes it different forms "Sulphate",
"tabs" and liquid. Tabs is the most common. Sulphate are like
powder, u dissolve it into water before gurping it down. Liquid
forms are hard and expensive to get. They dun have a long shelf
life, although they are the easiest for the body to
absorb.
