Yes it can. Doing MLM the normal way by cold calling is little difficult though.

Hi all, i've got many doubts about this line of job and hope u all can help me clear.

I wish to know how many of you think MLM can take over your full time stable job? And if MLM can earn big $$, why don't people just quit their job and be full time MLM? Also can a MLM company last long enough until we retire?

I personally think that MLM is like sign on SAF. If any time we wish to back out and find a better job outside, will the HR be impressed if i wrote in "worked in XXX MLM company" ? Just my 2cents worth of thoughts, hope u all can correct my thinker if this is not the case.

And according to my friend who is in a MLM company, he told me alot of things only insider knows. It would be too long if i type it out, if response is good i will type it out along with my many questions. Thanks people.

My guy friend quitted his police force job to join MLM Enyouth...And silly him quit few months b4 he was to get his bonus! Confused

I feel that doing MLM is a tough job, need to face rejections and scoldings most of the time but if you persever and make it to the top, the rewards are very attractive.

But you might have lost some friends or relative in the process, then others would say you are a ******** who willing to give up friendship for $$. My friend told me the agent's account can transfer to our next generation and they can continue from it. But can MLM last until one retired and the market still going strong?

For those who treat this as a part time job, my friend said actually the upline can be quite demanding but not so directly. They will sort of beat around the bush to tell u that you never put in more effort to come down to company every few days. And when u want to leave early also cannot, he find it hard to reject them. So he stays till midnight everytime he went to the company. If its like this, does it consider a part time job anymore? I mean you got a boss to indirectly tell u to work hard and put in more effort, you commit same amount of time as your full time job.

Till now I'm still confused on what those MLMer said..

That depends on how you persuade others. If you like keep forcing ppl to buy your products or invest in your project and say nasty remarks when they don't want, of cos you lose your friends. So what if your upline like tell you to work hard, you are not working for him anyway?

MLM is for self employment, not a job.

However, if you can make it to top level position such as regional manager, every mth take home more than 10k, it's also quite a good career. Cool

When i went for some successful large companies seminars, mind you, not some young companies full of teens seminars, one of the advice i heard was this

Keep your full time job, and build up your MLM income till the monthly income is comfortable enough, or at least three times your current salary, then you can consider quitting your job to go into full fledged MLM.

If you mean, whole MLM eventually take over jobs, i would say, unless the system change, regulations tightened and people mindset and attitude change, i dont foresee MLM will take over, more like an annoying ulcer in your mouth which refuse to go away, but not enough to give you throat cancer.

It all depends on the self character of the upline. For me, i dun go for my friends or relative. I will onli tell my friends what im doing and if will nvr even ask them to join unless they wish to understand more or interested.

I recuit all my downline from cold market one. They are the ppl who wish to join, dun need much to convince n they will join liao. U can say that im not agressively cheonging.. u are rite, I do it on my own pace my own time. No upline can push mi if i dun feel like doing.

So if u wanna chose a team, u also have to chose a rite one that suits you.

That's the way. As long got ppl see you earn money, they auto will be interested and want to join.

I would like to point out that many employers don't like their staff to be in MLM companies, as they always seem to be distracted and listless at work.

what is ever-lasting?

can a job last you to retirement?
or do you stand the risk of being retrenched before you even know it?

nothing in this world is ever-lasting

and i'm sure mlm although might, but can't be a 100% secure job.

so there's no such thing as long lasting able to last til retirement.

as for you friend who quit his current job for enyouth, i feel Crying or Very sad for your friend, to be joining such a sales company. it's just basically salesman/salesladies in there.

If you are currently jobless, dun just look for this MLM job. Sometimes, you may not be suited for MLM business. So, what I suggest is you take this MLM job as a part time job until the time which you feel most suitable to make it your full time job, then you switch.

Totally agree. Do not ever let it be a spur of the moment thing. At least with your current 9-5 job you are assured of your pay (haha so rat race thinking).

Give yourself 2-3 years to know the company better bah. (just a guide, depends on individuals), not 2-3 months.
