And Laurence82, although I do not like the Phang guy. I don't hate
him either, it was my own fault that I fell for the trap.
I am from the retail IT industry. I did my own witch hunt a couple
of years back, the blacksheep (Hint: AG) for those who might
know.
Do what you need to do, say what you need to say. That is all your
responsibility goes.
Whether the person taking the advice is willing to follow, that is
their responsibility.
Side note:
I never liked MLM, since I left NOP bout 10 years ago. And yes I
gave up, I didn't blame the company for my so called failure.
Did I fail? Yes, big time but not because I quit, but because I
tried and lost a friend.
The only successful thing I did in that company is to leave. (Cut
my losses). Losses of friendship that is.
