Share Time Resort

There are many such timeshares companies around. You can always do a check with CASE or the internet for a blacklist.

However, it must be said, not all timeshare companies are bad. It is a legitimate product actually and even Marriot has a timeshare division. Again like MLM, it is not the product but the sales tactics that give them a bad name.

Oh I got this before to, but the company is located in The Delphi @ Orchard. I didn't go down. They said I won a prize in a lucky draw I entered and asked me to go down to collect it.

Then I asked them which lucky draw did I join (simply because I'm not the kind of person to join lucky draws).

Anyway, pause on phone and they said it was a lucky draw I sent sometime back, I asked more questions on what product was it for and what did I win and the person on the line started to get rude and said why am I asking so many questions when I win something.

I said that is because I don't remember entering any contests. I told her that since she said it's spa vouchers, just send it to me by courier and I will pay for the local courier fees Laughing

Anyway she got abusive and slammed down the phone

Hrmm, should find out the name of the company. When we’ve got enough info, I’ll write to the papers and ask if anybody regulates and monitors ethical selling. Honestly this is also misrepresentation. If only there was a lawyer who would come and take up these cases, he’d be quite famous and popular cos these are pretty high profile stuff.
