The Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) investigates pyramid selling schemes. If you suspect a scheme has contravened the MLM Act, you can report to the CAD at 63250000 or lodge a report at 391 New Bridge Road, #06-701 Block D, Police Cantonment Complex, Singapore 088762.

Some of their sales tactis really INDECENT. Can complain or not ??

Its better if you call in advance. If you have any info regarding NTI, you can call Darren from CAD to give him info directly. If its about other MLMs, an ASP Lim appears to be someone who is familiar with MLM so you can speak to him too.

You can also make reports at normal police stations, however I'm not sure if it will eventually get directed back to CAD.
