Details of the Program
Eligibility. Any individuals aged 15 or older by January 1, 2005,
who join xyz (Panel). Employees of Xyz or its subsidiaries and
members of their households or immediate families are not eligible
to participate.
How to Join: Xyz members obtain 10 bonus points upon the successful
completion of registration. Only one registration per individual is
accepted.
Bonus Point System (1 point = S$1):
Upon successful completion of Panel registration*: 10 points
Each successful registration of an invited friend: 3 points
Each online survey (10 to 15 minutes): 5 points
Each online survey (more than 15 minutes): bonus points to be
announced with individual survey invitation.
* Registration for other panels may not earn bonus points unless
otherwise specified.
Bonus Scheme: Your bonus point account will be credited based on
conditions as set out in #3 above. Upon the completion of each
survey, bonus points will be credited automatically and each member
will be given a survey completion reference. Members should quote
survey completion references should queries over bonus point
allocations arise.
Bonus Point Payout Scheme: bonus points are accumulated, converted
into cash and paid to Panel members on a quarterly basis:
Payment will be made during the first week of January, April,
July and October.
Payment will be made by cheque, which will be sent via
mail.
Bi-monthly Referral Award: A bi-monthly referral award will be open
for entries beginning on the first day of January, March, May,
July, September, November and ending on the last day of the
following calendar month. There is no carry-over of referral
entries from one period to the next. Xyz may conclude the
Bi-monthly Referral Award program at any time.
Prizes: The total retail value for the Bi-monthly Referral Award
prizes every month is S$1,000.00 or products equivalent to the
amount. For example:
One (1) Prize of $1,000
Ten (10) Prizes of $100
Details on the current Referral Award of the month will be
publicized on XYZ
Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email (if
available) within 24 hours of the prize allocation (on or about the
15th). If no email address is available, winners will be contacted
via the postal address. Winners will be required to respond to the
notification within 14 days, or the prize will be awarded to a
replacement winner. Xyz decisions about winners are
final.
