Can doing retail bussiness like pushcart earned more money than
mlm. Seem like mlm no need to worry about sales and rent.
But pushcart may earn lesser than mlm. Is that true?

Depending on the product you are selling.
MLM still need someone to purchase the product.
If everyone becomes your distributor, who is buying the goods.

Do you have any lobang for push cart or product.
I am looking for business partners and intend to challenge Ebay / Amazon.

The more product the merrier.

Well it all depends on the product you are selling.
I have read that some people in SIN make between 2K - 12K a month.

Do u know what u need? Finanical backing, Management, Technical, Logistics team ard. & alot of brand awareness & strategises to fight over the customers...

Do u know their core bz? Do u know & do studies on hypermarts here?
What's ur price? What's your quantity? What's ur unique selling point that you can start to challenge them?

Can I know what do u hv?

Many think the same way years ago, only a few can. Don start thinking u r the few.. cos most too & never did.

This reminds me of a friend who was recently pressured into signing some contract related to MLM. but she didnt sign..

Are there any legal recourse against such companies who resort to hard-selling tactics ?

Message I signed up for a time share program from Universal Privilege around 2 yrs ago. I had paid up to 5k. I sign the contract under pressure of the strong sales tactic and now I regreted. I am paying the membership by installments and still have outstanding of 5K to go before I finish paying. Now I decided to terminate but they say contracted stated that I cannot cancel the membership if so I had to pay full amount of the balance. I wonder is there anyway I can cancel the membership. There is an error in the contract which is my address was wrong. Although I had paid in 2 yrs of installments I only found out they got my add wrong and mail all receipts to another address during beginning of the yr. What I want now is to cancel the membership without paying any more money. They told me they normally will win these type of cases if brought to the law. Since their is a fault in the address is there any way I can win? maybe even get back a refund? If yes how much will the legal fees be??

To me, I feel that its more of ethical issue, rather than legal issue.. A lot of industries resort to hard-selling tactics.. From insurance to even market stalls that sell vegetables.. I wouldnt say that its illegal, just another selling tactic I guess.. Not really ethical though.. I guess a worse case would be that have anyone of you ever received phone calls from banks asking you to go down for a promotion or something? End up talking about selling insurance.. To me, this is even more unethical, but still legal though..

At the end of the day, like most people have said, its up to each individual who decides.. Have to be mentally strong to analyze every detail in different kinds of situations, so that in the end its a choice due to your decision instead of being forced.

I guess you are jus selecting websites or links jus to support ur stand instead of looking at mlm from a bigger picture and analyze the whole thing. Perhaps there are flaws in the links u haf posted. I suggest u go understand mlm better and read the article again whether it makes sense to u again. Wink
