A source told me that some MLM companies' agents take the $$$ from the customers but did not process the application for the customer. The cust $$$, the agents keep in storage first... (what they do to it, only God knows!)

So when the customer ask for the stock, the agents may make excuses and say that the company do not have stocks when in actual fact, they have not made the transaction with the company.

So, when the customers go directly to the company to ask for a refund or the product, the Company do not have the transaction records in their database and therefore refer the customer to their respective agents.

Its a cycle that occurs in some MLM company... extremely unhealthy and this cause the customer or agents to lose faith in the company. Probably that could be what happen in this case too

Nevertheless, DW Group is reallly facing a lot of negative comments from the public.. They used to say they'll succeed and even take down 50% of Apex Tower, but where is it now?? I don't see it anywhere when i go down to Anson Road..

They say they can earn big bucks? but it seems all are dying down, what's wrong dey? They are just a bunch of people who don't keep promises ALTHOUGH they always say they are those who keep their promises, where is it then dey?

I guess some of them have gone to hiding because they owe customers goods, and they once assured that they will NEVER become Asayo, (where they used to be), but now it's like replaying the whole thing again..

All these are bullshit... cos my fr join the company for so long but not even a black and white about there position, pay, and term. i think they should look and all these. how will people be save to work there but still i don't understand why there is still people working in these company. my ex-boyfr too join these stupid company and make him stay late night and meeting.. what the F*&^K it this company doing? must talk or meeting till so late? i think someone have to look into all these company and relook at there company profile or Black and white..

Why do pple have to stay back so late and etc..? Simply they are doing "bonding" brothers and sisters alike Laughing

I have never understood this culture. It's just sooo plain weird. Why you want to be with company of your peers or "brothers and sisters " for almost 24/7? But sometimes this culture becomes a bad habit to break.

I find it very stupid, anyway i saw some of my frs afew years back say they will make big money, got good car like BMW and brand new... but end up afew years later they are more poor then me... and guess what, some even end up broke and sue by the bank. all cause by mlm company. for what i understand from other country in US is very different. here is all doing it all wrong. but some mlm company is doing good like this company newskin. not much of problem from them.

yea... i cannt agree more wif what you said. Pple fail to see e differences between e true concept of mlm and e revised version adopted by many local mlms. seems like mlm in sg has ruined quite a number of lives...

Unlawful to promote or participate in, or hold out that person is promoting or participating in, pyramid selling scheme or arrangement
- Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $200,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or to both.

I always fail to understand how can a company that doesn’t market consumable products succeed in the Network Marketing industry. This is supposed to be an industry that provides residual income but if no one is continually buying, how do you get your residual income?

From what I see, most prob u cant get ur money back. Is this friend who sold it to u very close to u?? If so, perhaps when ur friend is guilty enough, he or she might pay it back to u using his/her own money. Of course u can go to DSAS, Small Claims, Police, MP of ur area and whatever, u wont get ur money back unless u are willing to afford at least $3K of legal fees to get ur money back from court.

My friend got cheated $1.5K and theres nothing he could do, so I gathered ur $300 worth of money is just another bit adding to this snowball. Perhaps I will start to gather all those who have been cheated, I think I can easily get at least 20. We will all employ a lawyer together, and we can share the legal costs and get our few thousands back together. And togther with at least 20 such cases, we will expose their scam. Are u guys on for this idea?? If so, pls pm me..

I am really getting upset Evil or Very Mad seeing so much people getting cheated while these money suckers continue to suck people's money for their own BMWs!!

By the way, if u are free, kindly visit my thread in MLM forum too.. My one also has DW Group's name in the title... apparently, there's someone working in DW now, and he or she seems to have closed ard at least $20,000 of sales recently.. Pls help to advise in anyway possible.. We dun want to see any more getting cheated.... Crying or Very sad
