Well if u have the commitment to do that why do u need health products?! Who are the targetted sales ppl when it comes to health products. Those who are already living a healthy lifestyle dun need this products. So I conclude that it only target those who are chubby, those who feels they are old and want to look younger 'Reverse age' Question Wow I'm 61 years old and if u reverse my age, now I'm 16! yea!. Ultralite - are you trying to say that the can that I bought from u is super lite and it's not worth the money I pay cause I will finish it in 4 days? or does it mean that u will make me ultra lite. Anyways, those who are chubby and those who want to look younger will want to buy these products rite and oh yea those who feels that they eat not enuf vitamins and want to have more vitamins. If I was one of those ppl I sure hope I can just take those health products and at the same time not disrupting my normal eating routing habits. I wanna eat pizza, eat fried noodles, drink milkshake, sit down watch tv and slurp on my can of beer and after that feeling guilty take a cup of those magic shakes that I pay so much for and expect it to relief me from being fat. If this is the product that will work like that I would gladly pay 1000 dollars cause this things is precious. But if I have to supplement my meals for that one cup of shake that will make me feel giddy, visit my toilet bowl and cause weird stuff do my body should I not follow strict prescriptions then I tell u this is not for me. Someone is right about most people buy to oblige their friends and relayives.
If these products are really so good, you don't need MLM, just leave it on the shelf and see if there is any demand for it.

It's really ashame that any network marketing company gets thrashed simply because of the way they market their products. It could be the most phenomenol product in the world and someone will still find something wrong with it simply because of the marketing.

The fact is network marketing is not for everyone, but does that mean that you have to discredit the company because you could not make your business grow. This is not a get rich quick scheme, this is a REAL business.

1. In any marketing plan, when you open a traditional store and buy in bulk you get a better discount, correct?? So, why is it not correct to offer that to distributors in network marketing? And what business or franchise gives you a 90% money back guarantee??? NONE!!!

2. When you start any new business whether it's traditional, franchise or network marketing there is an investment. It can be anywhere from $10,000 to millions. However, in network marketing or MLM, whatever you want to call it, the investment is a fraction of the cost and because of that the industry gets a lot of people who are looking for a way to get rich quick.

3. Network Marketing is just like any other business and it takes a lot of work, committment, an investment of some sort, focus and belief in your products.

4. Unfortunately, because the investment is so low we end up with people who do not do what is necessary to make their business a success and then they blame it on the company or the product.

In reference to Reliv. There are thousands, upon thousands of people who have had life changing results. If someone did not get results it's because they were not taking it properly.

If a doctor prescribes a medication to you and gives you specific directions, do you follow the directions?? Well, that is the same with Reliv. There are specific directions that people DO NOT follow and then they blame it on the product when the problem is they didn't take it correctly.

After reading, I got just one qns. In the passage, some of you use the word "listed" I would like to know does it mean that it is listed on the stock exchange? Cos I head there ia a company who just newly listed in the stock exchange.

to all the pro-mlm people in here,

no need to talk so much lah. If they are anti-mlm, let them be. They are just shuting themselves from a diamond opportunity. But of course, if everyone can see the opportunity, then it is no longer one. So, as my friend put it, we must thank these anti-mlm pple, without them, we wun be at the top, say 5 years from now.

I understand that mlm teaches sharing and other good values. But too bad, at least I havent learn of the "not comdemning anti-mlm people" and "give them a chance" values yet.

2 things I like to share here:

1) Do not think that public listed companies in MLM are bigger or better. It could mean the opposite. A company go public listed only for 1 or more of these 3 reasons:

a) They are short of capital and needed public funds.

b) They are looking for an exit strategy; or

c) The officials use the opportunity to manipulate and make money from the share market.

None of the above reasons prove to do any good for their distributors. In US for instance, there are more successful MLM Companies in the private sector than those public listed; and most of the public listed do not prove to be bigger or stronger. Reliv, for instance has much much less products or turnover than many of those which are not public listed.

2) When a Company management teach their distributors to be confident and positive and NOT to condemn others who condemn them COULD actually meant they knew their wrongs or weaknesses and they have nothing to defend for themselves. So naturally, the best means to to keep quiet and pretend to be nice. A "poor conditioned" Company's best training advice to their distributors is to tell them not to give up regardless of what others condemn on them. Afterall, if what orders condemn on them is right, they have nothing better to defend.

My opinion is it is good to have more anti-mlm people around. This way unscrupulous Companies will not be able to make to much from the people, don't you all think so ?

Note, don't ever think US Companies are better than local Companies, I have seen so much of bad practices from US Companies.

Glad to share the news with you that they are on the way down in Malaysia, so badly that you see majority Indians now active with them and the Management placed advertisement in the Star Paper to recruit distributors, asking people to invest between 2K to 14K. This is the first time I see a MLM Company advertising for distributors after one year of operations.

Is it because their business is really so bad or that their practice is bad ?
Whichever reason, its still bad, very very BAD !!

So Singaporeans beware, don't be fooled by them into the business !!
