at times i see people smoke then i gian n wanna smoke but I dont really buy ciggy nowadays so must endure, but most time I smoke is when people offer or when I really wanna smoke.

hehe, same here. I tried to quit but there'll be a time when you start to pick up again. All I can do is try to smoke less lor..like 3-5 stick per week.

hm ok. den haf more discipline and determination. schedule timeslots each wk to smoke. abstain frm it apart from those times. at least u can tell urself u r stil smoking, and theres something to look fwd to and a reason not to smoke at the other times. den slowly cut down...

oh btw im a smoke too, and i dun intend to quit (cos im not addicted in the first place. ) Wink

Dont think there's a fav time for me lor. I just smoke when I'm really bored or feel like it. Some people say it's shoik to smoke after meals but I dont feel anything leh.

wah, still schedule timeslot...a bit troublesome. I can still control lah. Normally I just do fast march from point A to B trying to siam all of them. Ya, dont intend to quit too... just trying to smoke less than 5 sticks per week. Mr. Green

If the answer is no, it means that you wish you were a non-smoker! So why arent you? Because smoking is a habit and habits are difficult to break? Are they?

In the UK we are in the habit of driving on the left. If we drive on the continent we break the habit immediately without difficulty.
