Correct man. if u want then go OCS if not then chao keng downgrade be clerk, cook or driver... SISPEC is so siong n after going through shit, u r onli a serg...

Cantofire SG

thx Max! Hmm I really wanna to strive for OCS. Just wanna to ask you guys though.. Do we take the physical fitness before BMT or after? cause if i take the physical now, I will definately fail it… and no hope for me in OCS liao..

Max_rian SG

IPPT is usually taken few weeks b4 your POP. But way b4 that, most PCs n commanders had already chosen those eligible 2 go 4 OCS.
But once u r in OCS, during your Tri-service term, IPPT weights heavily in your overall Tri-service assessment.

FATnUGLY SG

yeah and let me know when u enter the detention barracks.... I will bring some rags for u to clean the bars.. Smile

I would just like to remind u all that it is a chargable offence to disclose any military secrets to anyone, even your love ones. Be very careful..
To those officers who posted here I'm sure u all know that..
The net is not a safe place to tok about such things. Even though u r all SAF personnels what makes u so sure no one else reads this topic?
Pls stop what u are doing or else there may be serious consequences...
just one thing to point out
U may think that ur anonymous on the net but u r not
and the more u reveal about yrself the easier it will be for us to track u down

YI SG

Yes. One shouldn’t talk too much into these topic. I was amazed from previous discussion on how easily these rated-confidential were pass around the net.

SecMinHr SG

Selection for OCS in BMT is not entirely based on physical fitness results..in fact..it is oni a minor factor.. impt thing is ur attitude and leadership quality..these are things that cannot be trained up..either u have it or u dun have it..fitness n SOC weak? dun worri..i have fella cadets who can’t do a single chin up in OCS..but after all the INHUMAN wacking (trust me) behind the closed doors of the luxourious SAFTMI during tri-service and service term..hhaha.U will be super super fit..trust me..wan to go OCS..not diff…perform in BMT..show that u can lead and Onz abit..can liaoz..but of coz..dun overdo it…else u will be labelled as wayang

Ah_Nic SG

Dont know wats the fuss about. Perhaps those who want to know which Unit i am from might want to leave your units name, and see wat will happen loh. Not a threat lah.. dont worry. Keep saying u r officer, dont even know if its true. At least i am pround to be a PTE, unlike people some people, sour grapes. Wahahaha...
Thank God i did not disclose much about my unit. Those so-called officers in here r just so damn open about Military protocols.

manhunt SG

Well I think there is not much of secrets been disclosed in here. The subjects mentioned in here are basics which more all less everyone knows.

But I find it's true that the media you ppl chose, is inapropriate.. So guys.. Slow down.............

Fries SG

ah-nic i think we r in the same unit

Anyone from BMTC2 Ulysses Company? Smile

Cantofire SG

Sorry ah.. Me very blur one.. But I really want to find out more about NS before I go at the end of the year.. 3 Questions.. Smile

1) What determines if you are a PES A, B, C

2) What is the difference between OCS and SISPEC

3) What is monointake... what does it seem so hard?? Is it something like commandos?

Thank you all so much.. ^^

zools SG

recon SG

BMTC sch 1 shiong meh….sch 2 worse…sch 1 got a lot of welfare liao…sch 2 ‘T’ and ‘O’ company are the shiong ones in bmtc. Any way bmtc cannot compare to those mono intakes, commados, guardsmen , sispec, ocs…or even safec. Trust me bmtc is the place where all the welfare…even if the food sucks…food cook by cooks taste even worse….Jusz try to ride it thur wif ur buddies and section mates….all of u are going thur the same shit…when the sgts..pump u jusz think he’s helping u to keep fit..the more…he gives u…the more u will like it…cose u luv this shit…where in the world can u find such malebonding …wif ur buddies. The weeks will past by like a flash and the next thing u know..it POP and that will be the best day of ur bmtc life….....

eek SG

Now tekong bloody good life u all still complain Siong !!! U guys haven't go to unit yet I tell u that is call siong OKAY !!! MY BMT time cookhouse food like fuck!!!! The rice and bread I tell u Wah Lan A !!! See already also full..Some more still must wash tray...Now got Auntie to cook and wash up after u still complain!!!

I was one of the first batch of unlucky poly grad who were send to infantry to become rifleman!!!! Those bloody beng kanna mono intake one all fuck up attitude.. Never work one lah.... Then poly grad (All the CPL) have to do all the dirty job for them...
Those Beng(Usually comes with tattoo) in the unit every time act like tough guy machoman but when go for mission all report sick, I think girls are guides tougher than them!!!!
U can say go Complain!!! Complain to who.. The commander either scared of them of helpless!!!! The MO in unit u think like BMT
every thing ATT B or ATT C... They don't treat u like human being... Worst then dog I tell u...But this is only true if u are a man in unit lah. For commander different I tell u first class treatment!!!!

My attitude toward NS
**********************
Just do your part!!! Don't be a fuckin
hero!!! Don't do extra !!! If u really can't do don't do it!! JUST FALLOUT!!! Just like my friend in unit everytime never fallout, even when injury..
Until he got slip disc...Then downgrade but
too late.. Now ORD liao still have to go see doctor.. Who pay for the bill?? U think the army is going to pay...He pay it himself OKAY!!!

But this doesn't mean u call be a bloody chao
keng !!! Remember it is your civil duty as
a Singaporean to protect the country !!!

But I kinda enjoy my BMT life. Get to know a bunch of really great friends !!!

Commando SG

Commandos to sissy BOYS.

Those guys who complains are BLOODY LOSERS. You are not guys but girls. I think Singapore would be better off with girls doing NS then you people. Little bit complain. Little pain complain. Try coming into Commandos. For me I think that is what BMT should be like. HEY, If you guys cannot endure pain and are bloody sissys then DECLARE AH QUA LAH! When you did that, you can then play counterstrike or Rogue Spear and PRETEND TO BE A COMMANDO. Happy complaining girls! Not happy ar? COME handon camp and look for me lah! Hahahahahhaaahahhahahaaa

Commando SG

Harmon SG

Commando?Sure or not?It seems to me that you dun even noe how spell the name of your camp correctly…..hmm…..want to smoke people must also do some research first mah…..sigh...I pity you….
