Just attended a presentation on pro-suming ... a concept which
encourages people to buy goods directly from a producer based in
Singapore and at the same time build a multi-level customer
base.
Pro-suming comes from the word producer and consumer ... the
concept of being a prosumer is one where the consumer obtains goods
directly from the producer. A prosumer in theory should be able to
purchase goods at a cheaper price than in the retail outlets since
u are purchasing the goods directly from the producer.
The producer in this case is a big multinationatiol company which
has been in Malaysia for a number of years now. Since Multi-level
marketing has just been legalised in Singapore, the company has
opened up an branch in Singapore. There are more than 600 products
in Malaysia but the product line in Singapore is currently at about
40.
The catch is to buy the goods for yourself ... get your friends
introduced to the concept ... let them buy and u build a network
which can reap an ongoing pipeline fo residual income for
yourself.
This is not one of the many pyramid schemes originated in the US.
In fact, the goods u are purchasing will be sent to u from the
Singapore branch .... and u obviously need not part with thousands
of dollars as an initial investment as is the case for many pyramid
schemes.
