I will not be surprised actually.
I saw on tv that there's a love hotel right in the heart of
Tokyo that have the 'equipment of torture' alongside with cute
themes like hello kitty in their hotel rooms to promote sex
drive of couples. Ropes, whips, chains, handcuffs on the
beds...etc....
