Employed as a construction worker, :Selvaraju Jayaselvam
was dispatched to a school on July 1 last year to do general repair
work.
Instead he lured a pupil into a toilet, supposedly to help him
check if the flushing systems in the cubicles were working.
When the then seven-year-old boy went into a cubicle, Selvaraju
rushed in behind the victim and locked the door.
He pulled down the latter’s shorts and underwear and performed
oral sex on the boy.
He also tried to get the victim to do the same to him...
